I made a reservation at the last minute after mother property proved subpar. The night front desk clerk was very friendly and reassuring, which I truly needed after the previous experience at another motel. I also like to carry my own organic tea and low acid coffee, so I appreciated having a coffee machine in my room. ( I have my own pods)

The accommodations were great

There were a lot of kids during my stay that kept running the hallway throughout the night, unsupervised. I also called down to the front desk for more towels and coffee cups but needed to use self-help…picked towels up and found housekeeping. Maybe with the amount of guests, staff may have been too busy to accommodate. Overall, I’d stay again based on comfort it provided.

We are returning guest at the hotel because of the hotel staff professionalism and cleaniness. Its location is perfect to all our favorite places to visit.

Clean rooms, clean sheets, comfortable beds.

We really didnt understand your breakfast bar. We were told we would get a free breakfast with our stay. But two conflicting signs at the breakfast bar. One said free breakfast and the other one said Breakfast $ 8.95. The attendant kept giving us a receipt for $ 8.95 whether we had Continental bk or hot bk. At checkout - the total was obviously wrong. The clerk really didnt understand it either but just deducted 2 of the breakfasts. I think you need to be more clear on what is free and what isnt and then instruct your staff.

The hotel was a great location and very clean rooms. Checkin was very quick and Staff was friendly.

Rooms are outdated and there is no safe to put away your valubles.

The bathroom cabinet needed some dusting a lot of dust around there. I noticed because I am highly allergic to dust

The location was close for shopping, dining and visiting family. The bed was extremely comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I will definitely stay here again.

A free continental breakfast would have been nice.

I got charged for breakfast and I didn’t eat there I called once I seen my invoice they sent to my email and they said they will call me back and I didn’t get a call back and they didn’t take it off my bill the charge for 12.00 for the food and a 3.00 tip

The place, location and the items offered were great

We were not comfortable with getting under the covers because the sheets were stained. Now it could be that the stains could’ve come out. I think they should be replaced with no stain sheets
