The delta club was very convenient for snacks. Our flight was canceled and we arrived at 11:15 at night. The restaurant was closed and we were hungry. There is a free shuttle to the airport. We Ubered there but took the shuttle back in the morning. Shuttle staff were very friendly.

There has been some recent remodeling which looks great. Somethings needed attention. The bathroom tub faucet was loose from the tub wall and the bathroom floor grout looked dirty. The temperature was warm in the room but turning down the temperature and lowering the fan didn't seem to help.

Staff was very friendly and were always available at the front desk when needed. Check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. My room looked very modern and the bed was very comfy. Room had everything expected for a typical hotel room.

Some furniture and certain parts of the room didn't seem as clean as they could be. Shower floor was definitely questionable. I asked the staff upfront if I could get a change of linens but that did not happen. Vending machine by my room seemed to be out of all drinks which was a bummer.

Cleanliness and ease of the facility. The female driver on the morning shuttle on 2/27 was sooo nice and friendly, would highly recommend that service. The front desk staff was helpful and answered all of my questions about options for food nearby and the shuttle times, very nice.

Although the food in the restaurant was good, the service was terrible on the night of 2/26, the bar tender was rude and non-attentive to guests. I had to ask for more drinks and she never once asked how the food was or if I needed anything else.

My 9 year old child and I spent 1 night at the Delta. First of all, I loved the fact that an email was sent giving us instructions and information on our booking. The hotel is very modern and clean which was a huge plus. We selected a queen bedroom which was quite comfortable. We didnt have any instructions on the TV but my son found a YouTube movie. We had tea facilties but there was no bottled water as I am accustomed to at the hotels in Jamaica. However when I went to buy water, a kind guest told me where to find the purified water distiller in the lobby.

I didnt know that breakfast was not a buffet. The website said free breakfast and no info was given when I checked in. The following morning when I went to the restaurant I was told I needed coupons. I had to go back to the front desk staff for the coupons and by then it was too late to order from the restaurant. I had to grab something and go from the shop. More engagement from the Frontdesk staff would have been nice as an inte rnational guest.

Location The shuttle driver in the morning. If you’re lucky enough to have Pam drive you to the airport, you’ll be impressed by her professionalism and kindness. And, she’s super service-oriented and really kind. Actually, she made the whole night stay a win…my son and I were canceled and had to rebook air tix the next am and that’s why we were at Delta. Thank you, Pam!!!

Maybe not quite perfectly clean.

The facilities which were there in the hotel were good and well maintained. Generally the staff were very good - through there was no one in thefront desk when I checked out at 5:30AM in the morning. The rooms were good, spacious and airy.

The staff not being there for early morning checkout. It was a bit too pricy for the location and city. Due to its location there is absolutely nothing to do once you are a hotel guest.

Bed sheets in room 823 looked worn, old, not pressed. Mismatched pillow cases did not close. Visible dust on carpet all around the bed. Faucet in shower kept dripping, with rust showing around bath drain as a result. Plugs and lights on one side of bed did not work

Nice and spacious rooms.

The airport shuttle was a nightmare because no one would pick up under the number provided to schedule a pick up from the airport. We waited close to 40 minutes at 12am outside by the designated area not knowing if someone would pick us up because we were constantly put on hold or the phone was hung up on us. Not acceptable

I've been here before so I definitely liked the Hotel, staff, service! The pantry is 100% worrh it! House keeping knocked everyday to make sure we were taken care of! Good job!

What I didn't like was I was not told where the pantry was & breakfast was not included at first. When you check in ask questions so you don't lose out on anything you paid for.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pantry access was something new for me. My granddaughter found it very interesting. Since the family planned the visit last minute, else it is not geared for families.

A pool would be a very welcome addition as the place is quite cut off from everything. Also a selection of reading materials would be helpful.
