Was surprised at how big the room was. Bed was comfy. Got TV, mini fridge. Everything you'd need. My favourite thing was access to the Delta Pantry. Was a nice bonus coming late after a concert and being able to grab some free food from the pantry as opposed to vending machine snacks. Good for free quick breakfast too before check out.

Bathroom layout was odd. With shower towels on the opposite wall of the shower. Sink was clogged. And lack of vanity mirror/desk. Had to drag a chair into the bathroom so I can sit down while doing my hair. Also lighting was really dim in the hallway where the full body mirror was.

The staff early morning g before Levi g were so accommodating. My daughter had gotten sick the night before and thrown up and they helped by getting clean towels, housekeeping gave us bags for the road and we will able to got to pantry room foe crackers and soda.

Parking. The next morning g we had a tag on our car stating it had not been paid. My husband did pay online and Pparently it did not go through. We had to leVe during the night at 2 and then back. Had we know it had not gone through we would have tried again at that time. When we got on there to pay parking they had charged another 50+ dollars. We are not paying that. If the 25.00 hasn't gone through we will pay that. When we got on there it would not let us pay for the day prior online

The delta club was very convenient for snacks. Our flight was canceled and we arrived at 11:15 at night. The restaurant was closed and we were hungry. There is a free shuttle to the airport. We Ubered there but took the shuttle back in the morning. Shuttle staff were very friendly.

There has been some recent remodeling which looks great. Somethings needed attention. The bathroom tub faucet was loose from the tub wall and the bathroom floor grout looked dirty. The temperature was warm in the room but turning down the temperature and lowering the fan didn't seem to help.

Modern, comfortable, large rooms, comfortable beds, good bar and restaurant food, friendly and helpful staff. good value. Good location.

our room had an inside balcony which looked over a function room which was very noisy as a function was taking place. See photo. we could have asked for a room change but we’re tired and jet lagged. The breakfast buffet whilst a good selection was lukewarm and not worth 25$.

Cleanliness and ease of the facility. The female driver on the morning shuttle on 2/27 was sooo nice and friendly, would highly recommend that service. The front desk staff was helpful and answered all of my questions about options for food nearby and the shuttle times, very nice.

Although the food in the restaurant was good, the service was terrible on the night of 2/26, the bar tender was rude and non-attentive to guests. I had to ask for more drinks and she never once asked how the food was or if I needed anything else.

Staff was very friendly and were always available at the front desk when needed. Check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. My room looked very modern and the bed was very comfy. Room had everything expected for a typical hotel room.

Some furniture and certain parts of the room didn't seem as clean as they could be. Shower floor was definitely questionable. I asked the staff upfront if I could get a change of linens but that did not happen. Vending machine by my room seemed to be out of all drinks which was a bummer.

My 9 year old child and I spent 1 night at the Delta. First of all, I loved the fact that an email was sent giving us instructions and information on our booking. The hotel is very modern and clean which was a huge plus. We selected a queen bedroom which was quite comfortable. We didnt have any instructions on the TV but my son found a YouTube movie. We had tea facilties but there was no bottled water as I am accustomed to at the hotels in Jamaica. However when I went to buy water, a kind guest told me where to find the purified water distiller in the lobby.

I didnt know that breakfast was not a buffet. The website said free breakfast and no info was given when I checked in. The following morning when I went to the restaurant I was told I needed coupons. I had to go back to the front desk staff for the coupons and by then it was too late to order from the restaurant. I had to grab something and go from the shop. More engagement from the Frontdesk staff would have been nice as an inte rnational guest.

Excellent service from check-in counter. Very friendly and hospitable. We were only there for an overnight stay to catch a flight in the morning. Access to the pantry was very appreciated since we needed to leave before the breakfast was available.

I wish the prices were a little cheaper, but it's very close to the airport so the convenience was worth it for us. Shuttles ran at all times, which was great.

Location The shuttle driver in the morning. If you’re lucky enough to have Pam drive you to the airport, you’ll be impressed by her professionalism and kindness. And, she’s super service-oriented and really kind. Actually, she made the whole night stay a win…my son and I were canceled and had to rebook air tix the next am and that’s why we were at Delta. Thank you, Pam!!!

Maybe not quite perfectly clean.

The facilities which were there in the hotel were good and well maintained. Generally the staff were very good - through there was no one in thefront desk when I checked out at 5:30AM in the morning. The rooms were good, spacious and airy.

The staff not being there for early morning checkout. It was a bit too pricy for the location and city. Due to its location there is absolutely nothing to do once you are a hotel guest.
