We had a great stay at this hotel after a day of sightseeing in Delaware with my fiancé and our little one. We didn’t want to make the two-hour drive home, and this hotel was in the perfect spot. There were plenty of food options nearby, as well as a mall and other stores, which made things super convenient. Communication with the hotel was excellent—we had a special request for a crib, and they handled it smoothly. The room was spotless, and we were placed on the third floor at the end of the hallway, which was perfect since our toddler is very active. It gave us peace of mind knowing we wouldn’t disturb other guests.

The only downside was the limited kids’ menu at the hotel restaurant. When we explained that we were sharing our meal with our toddler, the gentleman taking our order was a bit rude, which was disappointing. That said, the food itself was great, and everything else about our stay was excellent.

I was only there for one night. I literally just got the room to sleep so I did not explore the hotel but the front desk receptionist was friendly.

I got the room to sleep before heading back home to buffalo and was literally woken up at 8 am by slamming doors for an hour straight and drilling coming from the room next door to mine. It was not pleasant at all. I was so exhausted going home which defeats the whole purpose of getting the room to begin with. It would have been nice to sleep in til I was ready to go home but that was not the case.

- good location on Rt 202 - Spacious Room with a comfortable bed - Very clean - nice place to decompress after a long day - decent coffee/tea at beverage station in the morning

- poor internet despite WiFi access. - Early showers get the hot water. But later showers will be lukewarm, as hot water diminishes in the morning.

I didn't eat breakfast there. The location of the restaurant in the lobby was perfect. I ate lunch there not breakfast.

The telephone customer service reps need a better attitude or personality dealing with customers. The room did not have a remote control to the television and the telephone cord was missing.

The staff (Staci and Alex) were very welcoming and helpful. Also your cookies were fabulous!

I wish you served coffee in the lobby so that people who leave early (before breakfast is served) could have a cup of coffee to go or at least provide lids for the coffee cups in the rooms.

The hotel is nice, the location was good. The beds were very, comfortable.

The rooms need some updates, the breakfast was very expensive (after being misinformed by the couch it was included?), elevator made a lot of noise.

Room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was very helpful and super pleasant to deal with.

The elevator was a bit sketchy and the showers were clean but could have used some upkeep.

Location is convenient and parking onsite is good

The place is dated and needs to upgraded. They use Dish for TV services and when the weather is bad outside the TV doesn't work. They need to have smart tvs so people can log into their own streaming services and watch what they want. Channel offerings are very slim and there's usually nothing on.

Yeah I liked it the hotel I would definitely like to go back to one of them when I travel again I already had reservation for one hotel and I got in there a little bit too late so I like to this one better it's very clean

The price was a little bit high but you do get what you pay for so I was very satisfied with it
