We had a great stay at this hotel after a day of sightseeing in Delaware with my fiancé and our little one. We didn’t want to make the two-hour drive home, and this hotel was in the perfect spot. There were plenty of food options nearby, as well as a mall and other stores, which made things super convenient. Communication with the hotel was excellent—we had a special request for a crib, and they handled it smoothly. The room was spotless, and we were placed on the third floor at the end of the hallway, which was perfect since our toddler is very active. It gave us peace of mind knowing we wouldn’t disturb other guests.

The only downside was the limited kids’ menu at the hotel restaurant. When we explained that we were sharing our meal with our toddler, the gentleman taking our order was a bit rude, which was disappointing. That said, the food itself was great, and everything else about our stay was excellent.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! On the evening of our stay, Mr. Brown assisted my husband and my special request with no hesitation. The next day, we realized that we'd left clothing in the closet, contacted the front desk and housekeeping retrieved and delivered to them! We appreciated their honesty!

We were not made aware of the $17.00 fee for breakfast until we sat down to eat.

How hot the hotel can get. The rooms have ac and are great in hot weather. Trying to go to the breakfast buffet when it’s really hot out can be really hard. The breakfast buffet was really good!

I was only there for one night. I literally just got the room to sleep so I did not explore the hotel but the front desk receptionist was friendly.

I got the room to sleep before heading back home to buffalo and was literally woken up at 8 am by slamming doors for an hour straight and drilling coming from the room next door to mine. It was not pleasant at all. I was so exhausted going home which defeats the whole purpose of getting the room to begin with. It would have been nice to sleep in til I was ready to go home but that was not the case.

Breakfast buffet was great. Room service was really good too. The beds are comfy and the staff is amazing! I got to know Stacie, Jesus and Daphne. They’re all wonderful!!

The staff- Jesus, Stacie and Daphne were so nice and extremely helpful! It makes a huge difference to have great staff during a stay.

A little expensive.

- good location on Rt 202 - Spacious Room with a comfortable bed - Very clean - nice place to decompress after a long day - decent coffee/tea at beverage station in the morning

- poor internet despite WiFi access. - Early showers get the hot water. But later showers will be lukewarm, as hot water diminishes in the morning.

I didn't eat breakfast there. The location of the restaurant in the lobby was perfect. I ate lunch there not breakfast.

The telephone customer service reps need a better attitude or personality dealing with customers. The room did not have a remote control to the television and the telephone cord was missing.

It was clean and welcome in. The staff was great, no complaints.

One elevator was working and had to wait long for the elevator to come. My room didn't have a microwave, and I was disappointed about that.
