The location was great, near anything you would want to visit in Bensalem, however, off of the beaten path a tad. The staff were friendly and accommodating, really enjoyed the coffee maker downstairs and the little shop for snacks. The weight room was nice. The room itself was spacious and nice.

The room was clean, but not super clean if you looked deeply. The noise from room to room was very loud. We had people above us and next to us on our first night of four nights that were very loud. The other nights there was no issue.

Friendly & helpful staff. Large, clean & comfortable room, with a very nice kitchen. Comfy bed with some of the best hotel pillows I've seen in years of frequent travel.

My room had a perfume smell as soon as I walked in. I immediately called the front desk, as I'm allergic to fragrances. Instead of offering to move me to a different room, a helpful employee came to my room, opened the window and set up an air cleaning machine. I woke up with bright red eyes, swollen sinuses and itchy throat. Thankfully it all cleared up a couple hours after leaving the hotel. I was only there for one night, otherwise would have insisted on a room change.

My family and I stayed in a Suite and it was clean and I really liked how they provided just about everything we needed in the kitchen, etc. Staff was excellent! Everyone was very friendly. I did like having a washer & dryer on site and the mini store (a tad pricey but it was very convenient). Location was great; there's a Wawa just minutes from the Hotel.

I did not like the bath tub. It was a bit slippery so I had to use caution. And I wasn't happy with other people a floor above ours, they were being very loud (stomping, yelling).

From the moment i walked in, i was greeted and informed of my room and the wifi. Once i walked in my room, i was amazed at how big it was. It was even enough room for my young child to run around in her walker with no issues. It was a beautiful room and i will continue to use this hotel for future travel.

The ice machine in the room only made a little ice but even that didnt phase me too much.

The room was large and not cramped. The staff was always kind and accommodating. Loved having a washer and dryer on premises.

Even though they gave me a shower bench for my disabled daughter, it didn’t work. Her leg does not bend like normal. They have walk in showers, but not for 2 beds. I hope they would consider making 1 o 2 of their rooms with 2 beds and a walk in shower.

Very close to where we needed to be. A little off the main road, but easy enough to find with GPS. Facility was very clean and staff were pleasant. Room was spacious. Kitchen in the room was a great thing for my picky eaters. Would definitely stay here again.

Small crack in bathroom door and the heat and air conditioning control did not work. It was either air on or heat on. No way to turn off. So it ranged from 75 degrees in the room to 62 with us switching back and forth from heat and air the entire night.

The room was spacious, updated and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The tv was actually an HD TV with a good selection of channels. There was also a channel guide in the room which is very helpful.

A few places were missed when the staff vacuumed; I found some snacks on the floor

The place was nicely decorated for the holidays! Because you have cooking facilities in your room, there's only complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7.... But there's a Dunkin Donuts, Wawa and diner 1/2 mile away! I liked that they provided Dove products in the bath area, great quality and plentiful! After reading other reviews, we were concerned about noise and smells. Neither was an issue for us, heard the person upstairs walking across the floor at midnight, because people cook in their rooms, the hotel uses lots of deodorizing to neutralize odors successfully. Free laundry right next to the fitness equipment, so we could exercise while doing two loads of laundry.

stayed 1 night and was perfect for what we needed while working in the area. Clean & comfortable with many places to have breakfast in the area.

no breakfast but we were fine with that as there were good ones right down the rd.

No breakfast was provided. Location was good right off the highway but because it was so close to the highway you could hear all the noise from the traffic.

I always like having water provided in the lobby.
