The hotel location and look and feel of the resort and room was very romantic. Mirrors on the wall was a plus and the jacuzzi was perfect. Loved the resort overall. A great way to celebrate our anniversary.

We stayed 4 days, no housekeeping services. Asked for new sheets, they were put on the chair for us to put on and we got no clean linens daily. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We even went out and bought pillows and extra blankets, didn't help at all. We have mild back issues and this was extremely uncomfortable. Also, all of our cable channels didn't work, so we were changed to a different room and had the same problem.

This was a better experience than the previous in the blank and gold suite. This room was cleaner, more modern and the staff was more thorough. Sadly the more expensive room I stayed in last time had dirty bedding, cigarette burns in the comforter and curtains, some sort of sticky glittering substances in various places of the carpet and the bed itself was kinda falling apart. From the old broken outdated tape cassette machine attached to the head of the bed, loose strings on the bed upholstery and loose strings and ripped up carpeting. I wish they would have allowed me to inspect the more expensive higher end room my last visit like the did this time. Had I seen the previous, way more expensive room prior to receiving the key and directed to it I would have turned it down. This time I feel if I found the room unexceptable in anyway they would have offered a different room. I plan to go back!

It was a little cold in the room especially the bathroom and there was a big gap around the door frame that cold air was coming through. And it was super cold and windy outside.

Room was nice and for the most part clean. It was private and decorated nicely. Shower was huge and clean. Walls and decor was awesome.

Rooms with jacuzzi should not have carpets they were stained and outdated. Some channels as advertised did not work. The mattress had a lot of dust. Needed an extra blanket just in case. Fireplace should be year around because of the themes and atmosphere. Breakfast was a joke. Water coffee cereal...not even juice or bagels etc. Advertised pop for sale onky had mountain dew. For the price this stuff should exist.

First I live the location secondly each room had a beautiful flower bush outside of the room I loved that private entrance that lead to a big spacious beautiful room I was in heaven we had wall to wall mirrors and on the ceiling this was all too romantic I loved it I cleaned the jacuzzi before we got in and to my surprise it was well cleaned. The vibe when I entered the room was the best it was warm and welcoming the staff was the best and accommodating in every way I can’t wait to go back I would definitely recommend this place I couldn’t stop talking about it when I got home

Only 2 things I think could be fixed and and that the cigarette butts all outside of my private entrance I don’t think ppl should be allowed to smoke there it’s messes up the scenery and in the closet was a big hole I was informed that’s how they access the attic however it had me a lil uncomfortable it wasn’t even nailed shut. I informed staff and was accommodated for the inconvenience so over all no complaints

Room was very clean. Location was nice and quiet and just a short 7min drive to Walmart, wawa, restaurants. Working fridge and microwave in room. Fireplace and jacuzzi were great

Rooms are a little outdated but as clean as possible. Pillows were hard but let's be honest nobody stays to sleep all night. Had to buy my own firelog at Walmart but we had to go for snacks and beverages anyways.

the room was fun and we enjoyed our stay.. very comfortable bed. biggest shower i've ever seen. jacuzzi in the room which my wife enjoyed.

when i did the search i looked for an accessible room. the shower was good but there were stairs up to the room and 2 stairs in the room. that i had to go up and down to get to the bathroom. the only issues were because of my mobility issues.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I would definitely stay here again. They have a continental breakfast included with your stay. They also have late check-outs if you are willing to pay an additional fee. The fireplace was cozy, and the hot tub was comfortable.

I didn't like the maze gauntlet in finding the room at night. It was dark in places, and it was extremely hard to actually find the room. The bathroom door was partially broken.

It was nice that they had breakfast, but it was pretty Spartan. We liked the fireplace, champagne glasses in room, shower was large + spacious + staff was pleasant + helpful. Liked the way the entries to rooms, were spread out, giving an enhanced sense of privacy.Black out curtains were very effective. No noise from adjoining rooms.convenient to our travel itinerary.

Multiple steps in room, we’re a concern as we are both over 70.Absence of towel bars seemed odd. Carpet on stairs was a little worn + dirty.

The theme decor of the room. Bed was very comfortable. Size of the room was great. Heat works really great. Love the double shower idea.

The smell of chlorine and chemicals was very strong when you enter the room. Burned my throat. Had to let the door open a few minutes. Vents should be cleaned, painted or replaced. The bathroom should have heat in there. Gets very cold in there.

Enjoyed the decorated and romantic-feel of the suite, enjoyed the coziness, the strong jets of the tub, and many tv channel options. We were here once before the pandemic, and we appreciated having many options given in TV and it was still that way.

Although we didn't like the level of cleanliness of this high rated inn, we still enjoyed the given amenities the room offers. Room was not clean well.
