No complaints only compliments. Close to everything we wanted to visit. Rooms were great and very comfortable, quiet and clean. Our sink had a drip but other than that. The room was perfect. Breakfast was basic, fresh coffee through out the day. Staff were very kind. Lots of presence of staff around the property which felt great for safety reasons. The property is in a great safe location. The bed was so comfortable

handicap access is ok, but narrow lobby entrance and no electronic door. so can be awkward to get wheelchair through. staff, when present, do assist. also toilet seat size mismatched to bowl and low for older/disabled group. otherwise, nice sized room easy to navigate.

WOW! This place was awesome! The suite was nice, clean, big, and beautiful. Very airy. And the place was relatively quiet even though it was by Horsham Rd. There were lots of green space to walk my dog. Good variety at breakfast though! I highly recommend and will be back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was a cute little room, just not for three people. I liked it was fully equipped too

I did not like that they charged me an additional $20 that I was not aware of and that booking.com failed to mention to me. That disrupted my stay and made me annoyed, but everything else with the room was okay, but that was not a room for three people. They should not have recommended it. It was way too small

I thought the property was very well kept, and it was very clean hotel

I didn’t like that if you stayed in another building, you had to come out of the building to go get breakfast and coffee in the morning

Nice room and comfortable. Staff very helpful and sociable.

Parking normally not an issue but the way the building is designed rear parking area non accessible from the interior of the build unless you walk around building.

Very Clean and Quiet area close to multiple locations yet far enough away from things to feel secluded.

The AC unit was very loud throughout the night

Breakfast was better than we expected with many choices available. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was great. I will stay again.

Not TowneSuites fault, but we couldn't use the water to shower as it is contaminated. We were provided with bottled water. I recommend that recycling bins be provided.

Spacious accommodations and I loved the kitchenette

Bed squeaked, recommend more than one make up wipe when cleaning is every 3 days

The staff was very accommodating and sweet when the air conditioning broke in our room. They quickly moved us to a new room. Loved the two bedroom suite.

The hallways were not very clean and you could smell cigarette smoke. Thankfully you could not smell in the rooms.
