Pool was a bonus, but had leaves and actual garbage floating in it. We skimmed it ourselves so my son could swim and not have to worry about it. Room was clean and exactly what we needed for 1 night. Bathroom was TINY. Couldn't shut the door unless I was standing against the wall or in the shower. Check out was at 11am, and it was 11:02 when a lady was knocking on our door asking when we were leaving... actually scanned a card to come into the room but we had it double locked while we showered and packed. Front desk girl was amazing. Staff was "mehhh"

The hotel has been recently renovated and looks much better than I expected. The rooms are a very good size with a great coffee machine and TV. While there were some old stains on the carpet, it was very clean. Breakfast was included for us and had a good range of options all of which were a very good quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The on site parking felt safe and had plenty of spaces. The neighborhood felt quite safe and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

As mentioned above, the room carpets did have some stains. This was the only slight downside as the rest of the room was very clean with modern fittings

The bed was very comfortable, although a little squeeky. The extra living space was super convenient. Not one but 2 TVs in the room, made it easy for each of us to watch what we liked. The little fridge was very useful. Nice to have fresh coffee and hot water around the clock in the lobby. Miss Maria made up our room with a lot of care and made our stay more enjoyable ❤️

The bathroom needs updating- the tub and toilet are pretty old. The waterpressure was really good, but no hand-held shower makes it hard to shower without having to wet your hair. Wish there were some plant-based milks or yogurts at breakfast.

My issue is that you charged my card for the $50 incidentals and I have yet to receive the refund for that $50. I have never experienced being actually charged in advance, for an incidental fee, let alone, still waiting for the refund. I will give it until tomorrow, at which point I will have to see what I can do.

My spouse wanted to soak in a jacuzzi, I was glad to be able to find him this one. The jacuzzi suite more than met our expectations. The room was a surprisingly large one; it was clean and the heating system was quiet. We initially didn’t have a tv remote in the room, but the front desk (smooth check in), and maintenance (kudos, he was awesome), solved that situation very quickly. The tv was a good size, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of parking and food/restaurant choices available to us. Checkout was equally smooth. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant. And my spouse loved the jacuzzi.

Areas of improvement would be to have places to plug in your electronics on both sides of the bed. I had to get down on the floor, crawl under the nightstand and unplug the clock to be able to plug in my phone and tablet. I’m 61yo, fat and disabled, so that was not fun trying to get back up. The only other things would to be to have better quality towels, and a shower bench. The shower was fantastic, and I would have loved to been able to use it longer. But my ability to stand for more than a few minutes is limited.

I liked the location. It was easy to find from home.

At the time of stay the key card system was down and we had to be escorted by security to our room. That made the stay somewhat uncomfortable. However we were safe throughout the night.

the place and grounds around it were exceptional , normally if there's a pool i wouldn't use it because of health concerns but upon arrival to the stay i witnessed a pool attendant /lifeguard caring for the pool etc i would have taken a dip if i had the time

It was a nice breakfast that they set up. They had a nice variety of choices.

Price could be a little more competitive. Also, the hallway smelled of weed which was not appealing. Thankfully the room did not smell.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.

The bathtub was a bit sketchy as it was very slippery and I almost fell getting in. The elevators were a bit slow.

Breakfast wasn't good one morning because they had some kind of seasoned frittata omelets instead of scrambled eggs. It was horrible. Bathroom was very small. Never anyone at the front desk. Had to wait quite awhile for someone to check in and check out.
