The rooms and surrounding area was clean and peaceful. Many essential stores such as eateries and retailers are nearby (no more than a five minute walk). The staff were warm and welcoming, particularly to those not native to the USA. The food was fairly priced (coffee refills were free of charge).

I didn't like that I couldn't stay there longer due to University commitments in the UK :(

Very friendly staff and family-like atmosphere, I was even offered a ride so I did not need to call a taxi. Coffee maker and fridge on the room. Water and coffee pads are being refilled regularly, or on demand. Location close (i.e. withing walking distance) to food markets, hair dresser, convenience and clothing stores, but also restaurants.

There was actually nothing to complain about.

The hotel was very accommodating with our early check in ….the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and a good value for our needs.

The refrigerator in the room ran noisy. We had to unplug it. Also the glass door on the bathroom, although opaque when the light was on during the night it lit up the whole room.

Check in was quick and easy staff was friendly and accommodating rooms were exceptionally clean. I woke up to late for breakfast but the fact i was able to sleep in bc of how cozy and comfortable the room was.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out, a lot of space for parking and all three front desk workers that I interacted with (at different times during my stay) were friendly and extremely helpful

I really didn’t like that on my check out date housekeeping woke me up twice and way before my check out time (once at 9am and another time at 945am) by banging on my door and attempting to open it, I was jolted awake both times - this experience was extremely unpleasant as I was trying to sleep in on my Sunday morning , it was such a good experience at the hotel and a great experience on my first visit to Philly that this aggression ruined my morning , it felt like I was being kicked out of the room, it felt like there was pressure put on me to leave before checkout time

Price. Too high. The lighting in the room was weird.. Seemed like college dorm desk lights rather than an actual lamp.which made the room appear very dark. For the price of this room recommend better lighting.

Fridge, microwave, AC, lovely bed, work desk, tv with good channels for me, wardrobe and coffee, friendly staff, and nice lobby longue/cafe bar type thing with a variety of high and low seating arrangements. Cool interactive mirror. located near array of food and shopping places.

said i had to request room service, which i didn't know, and also didn't need. just needed fresh towels and coffee so waited until i heard someone in the hall for fresh towels etc. No free breakfast, which i knew going in. couldn't connect to mirror via bluetooth. on last day tv only played marriot bonvoy channel — my fault because i pressed exit on home screen, but remote just didn't work outside of the power button after that.

Always love having a restaurant/bar at the hotel. If you get a chance you can relax. Room was very clean and perfect for what my sister and I needed to get back and forth to her cancer treatments.

We choose this hotel for over 10 yrs. Rooms are recently renovated and are spacious, beds are of very good quality. Hotel's location, for us, is excellent. Shops, restaurants are in the walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

We were not informed, while booking, that the pool is under renovation. If this hotel will provide breakfast option at restaurant would be better for guests. House keeping does need reminding to attend to details.

it was a convenient location. The rooms were clean. The staff was great. I would definitely go there again.
