The water was hot and had lots of pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful both day and night staff. The room was clean and quiet and the AC was easy to use I placed it on 70 auto and it worked the first time never had to adjust it.

The pillows were smaller and thin. The property did not have an ice machine. I got an iron from the front desk but none was in the room, no Ironing board. No pots or pans or dishes for the cooktop. No coffee in the rooms. There were only two towels and two face cloths I'm sure the front desk would have given me more if I asked but the room was said to accommodate 4 adults.

I liked the room. It was neat and clean.

The receptionist was rude when we were checking in. She was not at the desk when we entered. Coming from the direction of the elevator, she saw is waiting and said “Oh my God!” It was clear then after that our checking in was a hassle for her. When she entered her reception area, she did not great us with a smile or ask how we were doing. Rey poor customer service.

The staff is lead by Jose the G.M. This guy goes above and beyond to be helpful and makes you truly believe he is on your side and gives you the best customer service by all the staff. I had an incident here and Jose took control of it and helped out 5 other residents. I give a the whole overall experience 4.5 stars and thank you for making things plesan

Someone in the building was smoking. The front desk called my room around 1am. and said a smoke alert was coming from the room. I could smell the smoke coming from the corridor. They need a better smoke detection system to be more accurate in smoke location.

I say at this hotel at least 4 times a month with my grand kids, I live in Delaware they stay and philly, when I dont feel like driving back home I spend the weekend with my grandkids here and they love it. Its super clean and the staff is very nice, Chantel is always so professonal, Im always greeted with a smile and great conversation.

I dont like that there are no royalties programs, I stay alot so I would like to have a discount sometimes. I beleive you can sign up for a hotel card, maybe for discounts.

The staff were the best! However I see I was charged for a queen bed with sofa bed room rate. I was in the same room as the week before. It was a standard queen bed room. No sofa bed. It was a hundred dollars cheaper. How come this happened?

It was a great location with a wonderful staff. Very helpful people. Very pleasant staff. Friendly and out going. Made you feel at home.

I liked the location, price, and staff.

I was charged extra for a queen w/sleeper for the last week but I still had basic queen bed room. Was like over a 100 dollars more on the bill. The halls and overall appearance is very messy. Trash in the hallway, liquid on the walls of the elevator. Parking area trash. Trash cans over flowing with trash.

It was spotless, loved the care the staff took towards keeping the room clean and prepped. Didn’t see one bug, no mold, bed sheets were washed and kept up to par.

Probably the only thing I didn’t like was the shower head had a minor leak that shot a little water outside of the tub but once we turned it it was fine. Also some of the tv channels didn’t have a signal but that was most likely because it was a really bad storm in the area and I think they use dish as their tv provider. But even w/ those 2 things I wouldn’t even consider it no where near a deal breaker. Great hotel
