The value, good location and the staff that was helping me check in was very accommodating and friendly, she really went beyond to made sure I got the room requirements I needed it, excellent customer service. Because of her I will definitely book again, the room was nice and neat, very clean too. It meets all of my needs for a short stay.

They could use bigger bed, and more comfortable mattresses my back was aching after sleeping on it, other than that everything was great my stay was pleasant.

Rep at front desk was nice and fast with checking in. Good location for shopping centers. And neighbors weren't too loud.

Bathroom could use better cleaning. Had small black stuff on tile floor, but went away when scrubbed with a towel and flushed down the drain. Everything else was perfect. Only needed for 1 night when visiting friends, was too tired to drive back.

Wonderful workers always there to help out . Nice and quiet and the room was very clean. They were very helpful especially when I asked if they could give my mail to the mail man bc the post office was closed. So Thank them for helping out.

Nothing really they're was helpful with everything but I wish sometimes they would switch the grab and go breakfast and maybe stay open a little longer then 9 ,so I can get one more coffee but then again most places are done be 9 or 9:30 . So above all not bad at all . I Love the stay.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was close to our venue.

People in the hotel were loud. You won't get any sleep there. I also didn't like that I was told if we didn't check in by midnight our room would be cancelled. I notified telling we might be late. Most places say thanks for letting us know we will see you when you get here.

My stay was very good, and the hotel delivered exactly what was advertised. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. The amenities matched their description and they worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience.

Most important to me was the location, which is directly across a field from the hospital I was attending. I stayed at another Extended Stay in Florida, which was larger, and probably newer. The included breakfast there was a full continental offering, whereas here there were prepackaged microwavable oatmeal and prepackaged muffins.

This hotel has a convenient location to US1 with restaurants and a convenience store close by. They are pet friendly with a $25 fee per pet, per night. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel charged us a $100 deposit, which is not done by all ESA hotels. However, it was refunded within a couple of days. We went down to the lobby at approximately 7:30 am. for the grab and go breakfast, but the coffee was already empty, and there was only a couple of muffins left. I

The staff was great, the room was good it's old tub needs caulking dressers need painted and drapes were off track = just like home, Lol🥰

One of the guests was rude, too old to be that inconsiderate whether she speaks English or not.

This hotel is close to US1 and the Turnpike with several restaurants and stores nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were on the first floor and were close to the exterior entrance, which was convenient, especially for our handicapped person who is in a wheelchair.

Being close to the exterior entrance means you hear the doors slamming closed all throughout the night. There were some blemishes that need maintenance.

The front desk lady was unbelievable. I had thought I could pay in cash and she took the time and explained everything plus went out of her way to tell me how to get to my bank and come back quickly

There was one thing. Refrigerator in my room made loud noise in middle of night but I was up so I fixed it. Leveled it out so that it wouldn't rattle
