This has to be the most underrated Hotel in all of Pennsylvania the front Desk was so accommodating and the staff was phenomenal I absolutely loved everything about it and he fact that the staff keeps trying to improve was a beautiful change of pace and the quality for the money was hands down the best

The only thing was the the fact that the electricity was out for a little but the staff went above and beyond for anyone who left missed out on an absolute Gem

Everything was superb I loved everything about this hotel only thing that I wud complain about and this cud be a good thing and a bad thing is that they did not allow us to smoke in the rooms so as cold as it was we wud run up and down the elevator to go outside to smoke lol . Other than that I would definitely give everything a 10 loved it

Housekeeping they were rude and loud’ rooms weren’t properly cleaned only made to look clean, housekeepers would lie and say do not disturb sign was on door and this is why they didn’t clean,

Easy right off of highway and close to everything

Smelt a little moldy and I was not informed when booking about $100 deposit upon checking in. I like to know these things upfront when booking.

This location was clean, quiet and the beds were so comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk were so nice, polite and friendly. Housekeeping does an amazing job, I definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you!!

Breakfast to have different types of food instead of same type, cleanness to be done daily since bedsheets used are white,

No hotel taxi services it will be inorder if the hotel has its taxi or have agreement with some taxi firms to assist in picking customers from Airport to hotel and back when leaving even whenever the guest wants taxi services let the hotel make arrangements by calling one payment will be done by the requesting guest

The rooms were very clean and kept up daily.

On one night I witnessed a man walking throught the parking lot trying to bust out people's windows. Another morning there was a gentleman strolling around barefoot and waiting juice. He wasn't causing a problem, but he also had no idea what he was doing.

the ice machine wasn’t working had to go to the third floor for ice after checking the first and second floor and the lady in the breakfast room was helping with the food and cleaning but never changed her gloves she a great worker did a very good job with keeping the area clean but wasn’t sanitary

The breakfast is was great and delicious. The should but in a hot cereal bar just to switch it up for people
