It was very clean and a nice loction

There were two entrances and only one was handicapped accessible. Upon our arrival there was a wedding at the hotel and there was no parking in the front of the hotel . Rear parking entrance was filled with multiple stairs and it was an extremely long walk to the elevator for people that walk w a cane and an elderly woman with a rollater. Another guest with a baby stroller had to help his wife down the stairs w the stroller and then assisted my mom down w her walker ... That was difficult and inconvenient for those of us that are disabled. For that reason I probably won't use the hotel again. And the rooms were nice but access was horrible for handicapped people when parking out front is overloaded

What I liked about this property was its convenient location, close to Sesame Place. It’s also near some great fast-food restaurants, and the parking is excellent as well. We stopped here to take our grandson for his fourth birthday, and it worked out perfectly. It's funny because my son is now 32 years old, and I remember taking him to Sesame Place when he turned four, staying at the same hotel. The experience was amazing then as well. Thank you again for such an amazing staff! I have a granddaughter, and when she turns four, we plan to do the same thing, God willing.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. During my check-in, one of the ladies asked me to return at 6 o’clock to see her. When I arrived with my grandson, they offered him some snacks and presented him with a card wishing him a happy 4th birthday. That was very thoughtful of them.

The value versus what guests receive with respect to room. On-site restaurant. The easy access to a microwave for guests. Spaciousness of the property. The snack shop for guests. Free parking. Rooms are super comfy and clean. Also, the free cucumber lemon water is lovely.

Lobby area can be cold at times; doors open straight from the outside into the lobby; no double-set of two doors.

Everything from the stay to the convenience next to sesame place.

Back of the hotel parking needs signs to let the guest know exactly where to park at. The customer service told me where it is but still couldn't find it. Me and another customer who was also looking for the additional parking for the hotel had to ask this gentleman who was on break next door to the hotel in the back. He got off from his break to show us. Something that the customer service representative should of done. Please add signs to direct the guest to the back of the hotel parking. Find the parking in the back was the frustrating part. Please add the deposit of $250 on the website to let us know know we have to pay a holding fee when arrival. I didn't know that neither.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. I love the full size shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom. For once I was able to take a shower and not worry about having enough. The pool was the perfect temp to enjoy without freezing.

Breakfast is not included, but breakfast packages should be available and offered. That would have been lovely to include as an option. I was very disappointed the hot tub was emptied and out of service during our stay

Clean room, GREAT showerhead, especially for a hotel room. Beds were fine. A/C worked wonders. Location was phenomenal for visiting the Sesame Place. Good shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathroom, soft towels (especially for a hotel)

The internet didn't work, the TV was static-y, breakfast was not included and expensive, hotels never have hard enough pillows for me, the bathroom was very small

Bed was incredibly comfortable.

Am not used to paying for the usual free pre-packaged hotel breakfast, or not having a microwave in the room. Coffee wasn't great. The clock by my bed was set wrong by several hours. Body cleanser in shower was an empty bottle.

We absolutely loved how clean the room was and ready to go after a long day

The cost of breakfast was outrageous for burnt, old, and limited food. We were down at breakfast by 7:30 and everything looked like it had been sitting out for hours. We only stayed because our kids were eating and we’d already “paid” the bill with our room #

Was there for my son's surgery which was at Jefferson Bucks a minute's drive awsy.

First room had non functioning toilet. Moved to another room which was a King bed but I needed 2 beds which led to me moving to a third room. Once all that was settled, everything was fine for the remainder of our stay.

Great location. Clean room. Good parking lot. accessible to all attractions and stores. very accommodating.

No complaints. We did have some loud neighbors who weren’t following the quiet time guidelines, but it was also New Years Eve and I think it was situational so I didn’t make a complaint.
