Friendly and helpful staff. Staff went above and beyond to get the smoke smell out of the room from the previous. quiet and relaxing

Room smelled like pot but office staff weren’t out of their way to get rid of it.

Beds and they only give two pillows which are flat when asked for more the evening we arrived we was told “ NO” next day we asked again and the nice young woman came to the room with two additional pillows.. THANK YOU!!

It was well cleaned and that young lady at the front desk was very nice and with a friendly, welcoming smile on her face. When I had to leave, another girl was there with the same attitude. I really like this place. I’ll surely go back.

They Did Not Have Plates and Forks or Spoons and a Water dispenser or fountain They Have a ice Machine Snack Machine and a Drink Machine They did not have a wash machine or dryer for customers to use to wash their own clothes but beside all that it’s a good and great hotel for family vacation

no trash can liners under the bags in the cans. had to find grocery bags for our trash. One bath towel was clearly dirty with black soil and pubic hair!!!!! Alarm clock was decimated- sounded like marbles in it when you moved it around. Why is it even in the room? There was a lot of dirt on the floor near the sink, even a piece of pretzel under the sink area.

tub didn’t drain properly, and noticed some mold on the shower curtain. both fixable. also no cameras outside, my husband had to leave the room at night as I was not comfortable going alone due to this

The rooms are remodeled very nice and the pricing was really fair.

The tub was filthy! I stay at the Ref Roof from time to time over the course of the past 10-15 years, one time lived there for Months bc the location is perfect for me. Every time I stay the tub is dirty! I have to take a shower using one of the towels as a shower mat. I keep forgetting to keep my shower shoes with me. However no one should have to wear flip flops in the shower of a hotel. The clerk wasn’t too pleasant either but it was a smooth transaction. He just didn’t greet me or say ANYTHING during the transaction, nothing. No have a good night, no nothing. He just gave me my key and receipt. Didn’t say sign it or anything but I knew to sign. It was weird but he was very fast with the transaction.
