High quality, friendly & helpful staff, great location, wonderful amenities, ease of access for everything & Breakfast was HOT and INCREDIBLE with so many choices!!

The temperature and type of pool they used. It was ½chlorine ½salt water. It was an indoor pool in a heated room however the pool was Too cool, which made it uncomfortable. It really just needed sunlight or something. But we had it to ourselves and had a lot of fun while we swam!

I liked the location, a lot of restaurants not too far from the hotel .

The communication about housekeeping was not clear. We checked in on Friday.. When asked the next morning at the front desk, I was told that there would be housekeeping that day (Saturday). When we came back to the hotel later that day around 5 pm, the room was not cleaned or any fresh towels. I called the front desk and was told differently that housekeeping was every other day depending on when you checked in.

Breakfast always amazing!! We also love the kitchenette here!!

We asked for a extra pillow and sheets for the pull out bed and they said we should have them in the closet which we told them they were not there they gave us sheets we never got a pillow so we had to share the pillows that we had on our bed! I have severe allergies to lavender woke up both days with a sore throat and extreme nasal drainage because I didn’t have ample pillows and because all the soap that is offered at this hotel is lavender!! Also someone open the door to the dryer in the laundry area which caused my clothes to not dry and the time ran out so I had to hang them to dry in the room!! Also the price is very high for this hotel especially since we had no services (towels and sheets were not changed) I have paid less and gotten more at other hotels!!

The room was very large lots of space full size amenities. Everything was very clean. No issues. Would definitely stay again. Price was very reasonable. Short distance to New Hope,

There was no water in the room. The only water available was in the lobby in a large ja. By end of day the water is warm and not satisfying. Only other water had to be purchased in the lobby.

Very spacious comfort place. Helpful staff. The hotel itself is well-maintained, there is a pond on the backyard. Breakfast is definitely above average as you have something cooked for you and not only prefabricated stuff

A bit higher price. Without a car you will miss pedestrian tracks to reach the city centre though you have great mowed grass everywhere so you shouldn’t worry

Breakfast was awesome and it was different each day! It was something to eat for different dietary restrictions. Staff very friendly. House keeping was also very warm and helpful when needed!

The pool was a little cold for my kids!

Location was easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean. Kitchen was clean and nice touch.

The shower, there should be a way to take a shower and not get the entire floor flooded. Used a towel but should be something more absorbent. Also 1st hotel i’ve been to without a staff. Hubby and friends in other room complained about the mattress being uncomfortable.

The pillows were so uncomfortable. We woke up several times during the night by how uncomfortable and flat the pillows are.

Big, practical and clean room. Friendly staff trying to help accommodate a change of room to move further away from loud aircon unit for the building just outside the room.
