The complimentary breakfast was great with great choices. There kitchen staff continued to fill the stations as they were getting eaten. It was clean and cleaned after someone got up . The staff was phenomenal (kitchen staff, front desk and the housekeepers). This is a wonderful hotel if you’re going to sesame place, not far at all.

Fix the back entry door for safety . You do not need a key to enter as you’re supposed to.

Great place to stay, they supply all Dove soap products in your room which is a real plus. They gave us the option of what floor we'd like staying on, very cool! They offer fantastic hot and cold breakfasts with loads of options of what you'd like to eat. The price was definitely affordable and the room was very clean, my wife and I would gladly stay there again.

There isn't anything I can think of that I didn't like about the Holiday Inn Express of Longhorne.

Rooms were clean and staff was great!

I was made to believe the hotel was much closer to Sesame Place, I didn't figure in having to drive and pay for parking since I thought it was close enough to walk. Breakfast was OK, I was hoping for it to have been better. And pool wasn't very big or deep, not even 5 ft at deepest. Other than that it was a good trip!

Location, restaurants in area, rooms and hotel were clean. The bar/bistro in the lobby were great! You didn't need to leave to get a bite to eat. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area.

Due to daylight savings time, the parking lot lights weren't set to a new timer. The lights were off in the parking area and it was pitch black, felt unsafe, no sense of urgency from the hotel to get fixed when it was brought to their attention, however, they were fixed by the time I came back from dinner.

Gladly. I actually arrived earlier than check in, waited for a room. Expressed to receptionist that my toddlers were exhausted if it was possible to check in, she apologized she couldn’t. Few minutes later said she spoke to cleaning crew and got me a room. Later that night different receptionist helped me immediately with a non working AC, changed our room within minutes.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating and the facility is spotless. someone was always cleaning, sweeping or mopping the floors and servicing the complimentary coffee/tea station and making the stay enjoyable.

The lighting in the bathroom by the sink was harsh. My wife said it wasn't designed by a woman. Very difficult to see yourself clearly in the mirror! Didn't understand why the cable network didn't have a signal for the local stations?

The staff was great, the facilities were clean, and the breakfast was good, especially with small children. Unlimited coffee and tea were available all day in the lobby, The pool was open from 8 to 8. Five minutes from Sesame Place, and close to local restaurants.

I've stayed here many times pre-covid. I enjoy the location, it's quiet but close to everything. Rooms are spacious.

Disappointed this stay with a few things. 1st time being on 4th floor and the Bed was harder than I'd expected. They were out of everything at breakfast except bagels and cereal. Only big towels were by the shower, rest were outside of the bathroom, just an inconvenience when your already wet and looking for a washcloth. Was hard to understand the man checking me in.

I loved the room- modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well, but crowded! They almost need to have a larger space. Food choices were good. I liked the pool and the close proximity to stores, restaurants, and Sesame Place.

The cabinet that holds the fridge and microwave had a broken door, maintenance did come and pop the hinges back into place but that wasn’t a permanent fix for sure. Maybe the next guest will get it resolved. Everything else was good!

The Hotel , was well operated ,led by a passionate franchise hotel owner who with his staff worked very hard and was a “ A very good family operated business .”

Clean , good service , value for money.
