I like that I know what to expect across the board when I stay at a Hampton Inn. Everything is similar no matter which location I stay at. I liked that it was on the main road, it was easily accessible and online check in was available. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was someone was riding their electric scooter in the parking lot and going between cars - when I notified the staff he went out right away to address the issue so I’m grateful for that.

The only thing was only one elevator was working, but we didn’t have issues using the working one. And the advertised pool was not operational - it wasn’t a big deal for us though.

Breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of choices. I especially liked the omelets. The coffee (my pet peeve in some of these free breakfast deals) was hot and delicious. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the breakfast area.

There was nothing that I did not like. In fact, the entire experience exceeded my expectations, which was a little wary based on other facilities in the area in which I stayed. The other facilities were dark and dreary and smelled of smoke even though they were supposed to be "smoke free."

Breakfast choices were good. Waffle batter was too thin a couple days. One staff member was great and asked people if they needed anything before she closed the breakfast. Another staff member shut the doors quickly at 10:00am.

Room service- some clean towels after 4 days would’ve been nice. No shuttle service to airport.

It smelled great, they had coffee available all day and night. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. It is in a great location, the rooms were very clean and I had no anxiety trying to sleep here.

Staff, facilities and amenities were excellent. Staff responded quickly to our requests.

The hot water dispenser had bits of plastic in it, even after the staff cleaned it and replaced the water. I think the hot water was to hot for the container.

This was a very good experience for a woman traveling alone. I always felt safe and the rooms were very clean. The staff was excellent. i had an incident that the shower handle came off and I couldn’t shut the water. when i went down to the front desk, they immediately changed my room and couldn’t have been nicer.

The Staff was very pleasant. The roomwas exceptionally clean. The room met our needs. The location met our needs to complete our mission.

The cost for the room was high for that type of room. I expected a larger room for a suite. There were quite a few sporting teams staying and you could hear them at night. Finally the lighting wasn't the best in the room.

This hotel is convenient to route 38 and everything in Mount Laurel and it’s only 35 minutes from downtown Philly!

The ONLY thing that could improve this hotel is having healthy breakfast options like fruit/granola/yogurt.

Convenient location, with a comfortable room and a generous breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Had some issues with check-in (they couldn't find our reservation, even though we had the booking.com confirmation number and email). I think the front desk staff were simply overwhelmed/under-resourced due to staffing issues (which are everywhere these days, so really not a knock against this hotel). Everything got resolved eventually, so no complaints here - just a heads-up for future travelers to allow extra time for check-in!
