I love how the check in was so easy and quick. The room was nice and big, very nice for the price.

I did not like pet fee my daughter has a disability and needed her emotional support dog and the cost additional was $50 on top of the room fee. Plus once I got in my room behind my chair/sofa it was plastic soda bottles not sure who cleaned the room hours before I checked in to my room. Plus my daughter said it was spot of brown stuff on her sheets in the bed. I did not stay anything to the front desk, I just did not want any problems or wanted the front desk to think I was complaining. Please look into getting some Beef or Turkey sausage for breakfast most people are getting always from Pork products. I was a little disappointed that it was not other choice of meat, other than pork. (Very sad).

The staff are very helpful and accommodating, especially Nicole who works during the day at the front desk. She has helped me numerous times and is always friendly.

The hours and days of construction are very disruptive. There was initially a sign that said noise would be heard around 10 am to 5 pm but thats proven to be untrue. More like 7 days a week 8am-7/8pm.

The location was within minutes of my family, shopping, and restaurants. I liked the internet speed and complimentary breakfast. Most importantly, the integrity of your staff. I left my credit card in the hotel room and the housekeeping staff alerted the front desk, and I was called immediately. As I was minutes from the hotel with my family, I came back immediately, showed my driver's license as proof of identification, and retrieved my card. I absolutely love that and so love your staff!!

Difficulty finding my reservation when I arrived, two attempts to get access to my room because key not properly programmed, and the hallway carpet did not appear clean. Note, despite the reservation and key card issues, the front desk was determined to investigate before I left that desk. At no point did I think they would not get resolution.

Very clean environment, staff are polite and professional. I loved the fact that I was able to sign into my Netflix account. They offered a free big bottle of water and free wifi. This was mybfirstbtime staying at the Marriott. I give it a 10 out of 10. Even though I didn't eat the breakfast. I think that was very nice for a hotel to offer.

I wish there were more towels and washing clothes.

Front desk staff were very friendly especially the young lady (forgot her name) The room was very clean and cozy

The pool water didn't appear to be very clean. There was a strong presence of chlorine but no filters appeared to be operable. The water looked a bit murky and there was hair floating in it. The fitness facility was extremely small.

This establishment was the best compared to the competitors in the area (price, comfort, cleanliness) considering others I've visited in the past. Customer service is impeccable. I love very good customer service. The room was immaculate. The pool was cool too. Didn't have to go far for the ice machine. For only one elevator working, there were never any delays when needing to use the elevator. Loved the parking. They have comfortable seating outside the main entrance. Very accommodating with fridge and microwave.

The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work properly but we had our own on hand.

I come here to stay at this hotel often. I have never had a bad experience here. The front desk is always professional.

The torn rug in elevator. Something that small should have been replaced by maintenance or staff. Also bleach stains in hallway and in rooms outside bathroom. I stayed on second floor and in room 209. Somebody there is not paying attention to detail. But overall my stay was great.

The check in process was fast and efficient. The front desk staff was nice and quickly responded to our questions/concerns. I really liked the new age amenities like the Day bed/ Trundle option. The room was nice and very accommodating. Also, liked the breakfast attendant was able to provide a gluten free muffin.

Accommodations were amazing, clean, and comfortable. Was in the area for business in Philly, and I was 20 minutes from where I needed to be.

Upon entry, we were called to check in by a female, and then she had us standing there and ended up not helping us. She definitely wasn't rude, but customer service is a priority.

Very clean and spacious. Comfortable for a family of 3. We slept like babies. Location was convenient for what we needed. Only some 30 minutes from the Lincoln Financial field and more affordable than the downtown hotels in Philly, if price is important to you.
