I was attracted by the location and the Hawthorne brand name. It is a new facility and in a great location for shopping or driving into the city. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. There was a great looking Fun Park right next to the hotel. Families with kids would really enjoy it!

I was very disappointed with the cable/internet service for the entire stay of 4 days. The television reception was very poor. It froze and pixelated so often that watching any show was impossible. The internet did not work for my computer and I could not even share the tv screen with my device to watch movies. We did contact the front desk several times and they told us that the system was being repaired. They did offer us a small discount. Another issue was that cleaning service was only after staying 4 days. We could request clean linen and had to put out our trash each day. The kitchen floor area really needed to be cleaned. We had to wipe it with paper towels.

The breakfast was great. Wide variety, organized, clean, weĺl stocked with utensils plates cups and all needed, assistance readily available, convenient extended hours. Everywhere I needed to go was 10 minutes or less from location. I loved the kitchen in my room which had all your must haves...stainless steel appliances which included dishwasher, large powerful microwave and large refrigerator. It had modern Kuric...comfortable king size bed...just right bathroom with clean towels and large standing shower.

Cutting knife in kitchen dirty..thought it was rust spot but it removed with a wash. Counter stools dirty with crumbs. Toilet paper fixture dusty..

The hotel is an ideal place to stay as it's location works well for my needs in seeing many customers over a varied area in NJ. Hotel was very clean and the staff is excellent. Even talking with the other guests who seemed very appreciative to be staying at the hotel. There is a water park next door for the kids and adults as well, the hotel sits about a 30-40 minute drive to Olde City Philadelphia and about an hour and fifteen minutes from New York. The ocean is about an hour's drive depending which shoreline you wish to attend. Looking ahead for my schedule I'll be staying for a full week on the next couple of stays for my business

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The room and how the front desk was welcoming and nice. And no wait time to check in or out. And on time with walk up call. Breakfast was good and okay to be free.

The pool cleaning solutions had my skin bad and was very cold to get in and stay in. Asked for towels and garbage bags but no one came to bring items. I went to grab them the next day after asking 5x. The breakfast was never told what time it end or start. The food selection could be a little better or change. Wish they had packed oatmeal. No furit was out.

It’s very nice. The room are very roomy. Everything was clean.

I’ve stayed here before because I like it because of the location and it’s clean. I’m not crazy over the breakfast so I don’t go down to eat it. I had a bad experience the last time I was there you had a couple workers. They didn’t even fill up the breakfast things But hopefully it’s better now I couldn’t tell you cause I didn’t go down and eat this time.

Very bright and modern hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool and fitness center, although I didn't have time to use them. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that the room came with everything you would need in order to cook and clean, including a dishwasher.

The breakfast bar didn't have any oatmeal available, either prepared or in packets. It would have been nice to have this as a heart-healthy alternative to the usual eggs/sausage/waffles/cereal/bagel/bread/yogurt offerings. I ended up just having coffee. A small negative point for an otherwise great hotel.

It was clean and well kept. The pool was a high point for the kids. The water wasn’t cold but it took me a minute to acclimate. It was clean and towels were available. The room was stocked with dishes and utensils. The bed was comfortable and the kids felt right at home there. We needed more towels and they were brought to us quickly. The staff was very friendly and informative.

The water pressure in the shower was lacking. That was surprising because it was a pretty big walk in and I had high hopes for an amazing shower experience.

Very clean, spotless, actually. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Room had a convenient kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker, cups, spoons plates, etc. Quiet room .(requested top floor). Just 1 night but a very pleasant stay.

Check in was slow. Only 1 person on duty and multiple guests at front desk with requests/checkins.she did the best she could but it was a long wait after a long day when we just wanted to check in and go to sleep.

I like that the place was clean. I like that. The place was spacey. I like that. This Housekeepers was friendly. I liked that the breakfast was wonderful. I liked the staff in the evening.

The three o'clock desk clerk was very prejudice he did not Let us know which way to go for the elevator to enter our rooms. He did not let us know there was a bar there. He did not let us know about the package Deal He hesitant to give us a trolley. He was not Happy about us being there

I like the property, it was a great day.

The only thing that was an issue for me that it wasn’t no silverware and stuff in the room
