I liked the indoor pool. It was close to other major highways.

I was there for 5 nights. Housekeeping was suppose to come every 3 days. They did not. I always went out by 11AM and returned after 8 PM having met up with family and friends. My last night there someone was in the hallway yelling and screaming. Banging on a door at 1 AM. I was on the first floor so I know staff heard it also. I had to get up at 2 AM to catch my flight so I was not happy

The room was larger than we expected and very clean. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. It had all of the basics...eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, etc. The staff were attentive and very friendly!

The first evening, there was an odd odor to my bedsheets. The next day the sheets were changed and the smell was no longer there. For the inconvenience, the staff gave me a discount of 50% for that first evening, which was greatly appreciated.

The staff was very nice, check-in was nice and easy, and the funplex being right next door was a plus.

I had what looked like wet tissue stuck on the wall, and I paid for the 1p check out, but when I took my daughter to pool we couldn't get in with the key card but luckily we were let in where we stayed in the pool til 12p then went back to our room and couldn't get back in with the key card we had to go back to the front desk and the lady there reactivated our key card.

Soft bed linens! Could not figure out how to get shower hot, even tho hot and cold are marked. No hot water! Cobweb hanging from ceiling. Loud kids running up and down hallway and mother/kids sitting on hallway floor. On Sunday morning! If parents are that stupid, the staff should tell them to move!!! Hotel itself is nice and clean.

Loudness! Yes, people need to be told to be quiet because some people are INCONSIDERATE.

The hotel was very easy to get to. And to have the fun flex right next door was a huge bonus. The hot breakfast was delicious. And they had plenty of other options to choose from if you did not want that. And there was plenty of seating. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Very beautiful and clean hotel. I was very happy with my stay. If I had time? I would have stayed another day just to hang out at the hotel. I will be coming back for another stay.

The only problem I had was opening the refrigerator in the breakfast area. Which was pretty funny. Boy that thing seals great! Other than that. I don’t feel that there is anything to improve on.

The bed was comfortable, the TV in the room comes with a Chromecast which was useful, the bathroom was a really nice size, breakfast was pretty good too

The walls and ceilings are thin, we were woken up prior to 6am due to the guests above us (not necessarily the hotels fault), the bed frame/base had a broken spring which caught me on the leg (we advised the hotel of this on check out), we asked for the body wash in the shower to be refilled on our first morning as it wasn't filled up prior to check in but it wasn't done even though the room was cleaned.

I stayed here when you first opened and had an excellent experience back then. Here we are almost 2 years later, and the service and quality of the hotel have not changed, It's still exceptional. We were in town for a death in our family, and one thing that we didn't have to stress about was our accommodations. Thank you so much. We will be back.

I like most everything about the hotel and the staff was particularly helpful when I had questions.

I think the placement of the coffee pot inside the room was almost impossible to reach. It was on a shelf. That was a little bit higher than my height, and I didn’t feel like standing on a chair to fill up the coffee pot with water. It’s OK. I went downstairs and was able to get a coffee whenever I wanted it. So minor thing.

I liked the location

The breakfast was ok. Could have added pastries. Pool was small and there were people coming from the place next door (Funplex) using the pool area. If I ever stay there again I will not stay on the 1st floor people above me stomping and running and people in the hallway running and yelling to each other.

Location is great! Close to shopping area, Dunkin’ Donuts and with good dining options. It’s clean for the most part and breakfast was great! Pool is great with an outdoor area. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It is quiet and walls are not thin like in other value hotel chains.

Room could be a bit cleaner or vacuumed. Found sequins and rhinestones all over the carpet from previous guest and surfaces were a bit dusty. The waterpark next door is a ripoff during high season.
