Breakfast was enjoyable. All the staff are exceptional, Cleaning, Front Desk and Kitchen. They all work hard and created a very pleasant environment for their guests. All the staff was very accommodating, especially George at the Front Desk. Almost, everyone seemed to love their job.

Staff to ensure that the Shampoo and Body Wash are filled for the next guest. Breakfast was the same every day, at least introduce one new breakfast item each day or every other day. Perhaps, they could invest in a Pancake machine and one day you have pancakes, another day, waffles, same ingredients just brilliant ways to switch things up a bit, break out of the mundane.

The night shift check in staff member was so gracious, accommodating and just had an overall friendly demeanor. The staff were very nice during breakfast and were very quick to replace any empty containers. We had a wonderful stay.

The day shift staff member at checkout could've been a little friendlier. I have an infant and a four year old and we asked if we could buy water before our 2 hour car ride home with our two kids. She simply said it's only for honors members I didn't know at that time that I was an honors member but felt like she could've been friendlier, or directed us to where we could get water instead of just stating that she couldn't give us any.

For a place with no actual restaurant, breakfast was great in large dining room with fireplace. Saturday had self-serve pre-made western omelettes which were fine, sausage, potatoes, several hot & cold cereals, muffins, fruit, yogurt, toast and waffle irons with batter, choice of coffees (with Truvia available!), OJ, milk and other drinks. Microwave, mini-fridge, desk and large TV in room. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure. Gym. Stone's throw from interstate but no noise in room. We're originally from the area so we know it's a nice location.

Minor issues. My companion said the Wifi wasn't great. They should try to get discounts for area attractions like the spectacular but expensive holiday light show directly across the highway, Sesame Place a few minutes away or other places a little farther, like Peddler's Village and New Hope. False fire alarm for about 15 minutes during the day, glad it didn't happen at 3AM!

The location was excellent for the event I was attending. Breakfast was on time with good selections of breakfast foods and coffee, tea available all day. My room was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. I liked being on the ground floor with easy access to the lobby and outside parking. Parking was readily available and easy to unload baggage.

It was a very busy weekend and my door was right beside the outside access door to the parking lot so there was a lot of coming and going out the door. However my room had an outer and inner room so I was well insulated from the noise of the door.

Breakfast was good. Wish they had more healthier options for people who are weight conscious.

There was only one single window with a view to the pool. No blinds. So opening the dark-colored curtains meant for us to be looking at families and them looking at us and everything we do. Not much privacy. We kept the window curtains closed the whole time, which meant poor natural light. Very unpleasant experience. Also, water which is a basic necessity for all humans have to be purchased. Guests get two free bottles on arriving, but that's all. It's OK if they choose to sell snacks, frozen food and many accessories. But water? Really? That's being cheap! The rooms cost about $250/night and they charge for water?

It was a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in to finishing our complimentary breakfast. We had sold our house in the area and stayed at the hotel in preparation of our closing that morning. While we have moved about two hours out of the area, we anticipate being back very often due to family still in your area and will definitely stay at your Hampton Inn.

Nothing could have been better!

The room was very clean, the staff were quite friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The bed was a little soft for my liking. I came down with a cold during my stay and asked if the hotel had any cold medicine or cough syrup (I would have paid for it) they did not. I would think this is something they would stock in the winter months.

The hotel is lovely! Front desk staff was very friendly and the room was large and bed extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and a special recognition for the buffet attendant on Sunday, 1/19/25. She was so pleasant and friendly and went out of her way to keep the space clean, replenished and informed us when they were closing.

I loved the breakfast, and thought the king bed was comfortable. I liked how clean the hotel is.

The fact that there's no restaurant, the hotel only seems to serve breakfast, which was very good by the way. I had to order dinner through door dash.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, and courteous staff. Good breakfast. The location was good as far as being close to where we needed to be, but the hotel was in an office complex, and we weren't sure if we were headed in the right direction. We did find it though and enjoyed our stay.
