I’ve stayed here in Jan and the room we had gotten was on the first floor. That room was perfect. Clean and updated. The reason for me choosing this hotel again was based on that stay. This room was old the sheets were not staying on the bed. The mattress was dirty. The room had popcorn on the floor( we did not eat popcorn) the shower had random hairs that were not ours.

I enjoyed the comfort of the room and bed, the pool, and the noon check out. The facilities were clean and met my expectations.

Lack of communication between Booking.com and the hotel created a stressful situation regarding breakfast being included or not. Fortunately, Booking resolved the issue. Overall, the hotel staff looked unhappy and grumpy, though they were friendly and polite enough. Breakfast was a la carte, would have preferred a buffet. The hot tub was out of service, unannounced.

In the middle of no where but it’s for an airport and local travel so it’s technically a great place. I saw a lot of flight attendants and people from airport staying during our stay. Nice hotel

Room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Everyone was very friendly.

I wish there were more outlets to charge and plug in items (we were there for a cheer event and needed to do hair plush charge devices for the long day).

Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast at small cafe. Good location for us. Friendly staff.

Hard to find turnoff to hotel, no signs directing the way. We stayed 2 nights but had no maid service beween. Had to request new towels.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Couldn’t get rooms close together even though the very helpful person at front desk tried and I had made a special request when I booked the rooms.

Front office n Breakfast counter staff had no clue about the 10$ Breakfast option provided by booking.com during the booking. They didn't make an effort to verify and offer a solution.. forcing us to choose an outside option for breakfast.

Had someone banging on the connecting door several times and had to call the front desk at 11 at night.

Elevator was terrible. Long wait, slow, not working well No bathtub I did not like that I was put on 5th floor

Maid Service (last maid to clear our room before our last night was excellent. The others we not quite so good.
