The staff was exceptionally friendly and hard working you could see they were doing everything they could and went above and beyond in terms of getting us a crib with a late arrival time. They were also so nice to our kids not just the front desk but the cleaning staff as well.

Corporate could do with investing into this facility you can see rusting at certain baseboards and on the machine that assists wheelchair users into the pool. The carpets in the halls to the rooms had seen a lot of traffic and were worn. That and the walls were pretty thin, you could hear the conversation of the people in the room next door at a normal volume. The onsite staff could not help with major improvements like that but we're working hard to keep everything clean and welcoming.

The bed was comfortable

The front staff not friendly the night we checked in. Not willing to find adjoining rooms due to booked through 3rd party. Had to make reservations for breakfast never was told. Only garbage can is in the bathroom. Ordered take out and the front desk called i said we were on our way down because I didn’t want them coming to our room and she snipped at me and told me we cant eat down there, we never planned on it. No coffee on Sunday.

It was a nice hotel close to Sesame Place. It served its purpose.

The Bar/Bistro runs on slow don’t order anything if you’re in a hurry. Also even if there’s no one in there using the tables you may not sit in there to dine with food bought elsewhere. Which wouldn’t be a problem if it didn’t take so long to get food and drink that you ordered from there! 👎 The food was good when it finally came out but there was no urgency in getting it done.

Location was good for what I needed. Very clean and bright. Very welcoming.

I had just one complaint. Bathroom sink did not drain well. Water would fill up sink while brushing teeth and slowly go down when water was stop running . I let front desk know and the girl was getting right on letting someone know.

Modern and clean

Very loud Guest next door had a child scream and fussing all night from 4 till 11pm. The guest above room sounds like moving around furniture during the stay early in the am. The thuds were so loud it scared me awake while I was asleep.

nice room, nice shower, nice linens

the shower doors don’t stay completely closed and it leaks, the vanity with the sink could be nicer, it’s odd to look to the left to see the tv on the side of the set up instead of straight ahead of the bed, The draperies were ripped at the center and should’ve been fixed, it’s obvious that you are catering to the young children with the buffet in the mornings that is set up like a school cafeteria-yuck

Too expensive, get Starbucks out, too political in their thinking and practices. Target local food options, buffet for value, freshness, make bottled water affordable, offer up to go coffee, water to go.

Nice staff and clean

Stayed on first floor, staff said it was because they were crowded but I booked reservation about 5 days prior. Nbd because staff was very friendly, lobby looked nice and room was clean

Breakfast buffet was a pure rip off $14.00/pp( 4 adults) for a free continental breakfast given at many lower level type hotels/motels for free. The food was luke warm and the pork sausage links were like eating slim jims. Very disappointing to all of us.

The breakfast should be included as complimentary .

The food was as expected for a Courtyard bistro. The staff were really nice, and food was brought out quickly. I really like the front desk staff- they helped us at every turn from directions to restaurant choices to dealing with a noise issue.

We had a noisy neighbor, but the problem was immediately rectified by the staff who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We were in the area for a family emergency and needed peace and quiet.
