The staff, reception people at all shifts are marvelous. Suit was big and comfortable. Swimming pool is always clean. Suit is fully equipped. Parking is available. Location was good. Breakfast was good.

Room service and clean is once weekly. Sometimes people are noisy around the grill area and the swimming but only happened twice in 20 days

It was ok. With the right space for my family. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. One room with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Each room had its own bathroom. (That's a question I asked and gotten no response) I'd stay there again

The washer and dryer weren't complimentary, and it seemed that the room key card timed out before our stay was done. (Good thing we left Papa in the hotel room as we washed on our last night)

Everything was beautiful. I needed change so I could leave a housekeeping tip, but I was unable to get it. Hotel should make accommodations for change from the store area or the front desk. Housekeeping would appreciate it.

Beautiful indoors and out! Full kitchen. I made a Thanksgiving turkey! Dog friendly. Large 2bedrm suite. Very comfortable. Clean, bright white towels and very comfortable bedding. Cured my back pain. I want the bed at my house. The cleanest showers I’ve ever seen anywhere in my life!Free daily breakfast! Basketball court and pool. Deers outside galore! Beautiful, safe, clean. All the staff is wonderful and hospitable!

No daily house keeping. Heater system blows cold air after hot air to regulate temperature and we were cold. That’s the way it functions they said. Hotel maintenance brought us a space heater to plug in. That helped. We didn’t bother to use the thermostat after that!

The problem was resolved by Maintenance and Management in a timely and effective manner. However, I was given a room with an electrical problem that I wasnt made aware of. This impacted my ability to work by not having ample outlets. Maintainence was called and came to explain the issue. We managed to manipulate the outlet to work satisfactorily, but it was an inconvenience and should have been communicated and/or compensated upfront.

Suite was complete, nicely furnished, two bedroom with two bathrooms, sofa bed in living room, kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and utensils, dining table. 3 tvs. some minor tlc needed on kitchen floor and sofa. Very quiet place (eventually some neighbors were noisy however never after 10pm). Free parking. Only issue was that I've booked 2 king beds and were given a unit with 1 king and 1 queen, but to be frank we were so tired of the trip that we wanted to rest. Breakfast was plenty (egg biscuit, cereal, yogurt, bagel, muffin, apples, granola bars).

Very spacious

The first room was worn down and the caroet was very dirty, but we moved to a better newer and cleaner room the next morning

The set up of the room both bedrooms have full bathrooms and a kitchen fully equipped

The couch was very old ripped all up had a couch covered to hide it when I removed the cover I was so disappointed

Breakfast was top notch! Staff was wonderful and so friendly. And the room was big, beautiful, and so clean.

Value for money absolutely! It had everything we're looking for for our 3 days stay - proper refrigerator, microwave, stove top etc. Beds were comfortable too. Overall a great package.

Room could definitely be cleaner than what it was. And dish washer was not working.
