The building and even landscaping from what I could tell were nice. (Only saw it on the dark each time I was outside. Hotel inside was beautifully decorated, not too much Christmas, just the perfect amount of decorations to make it look beautiful and elegant. Everyone we encountered was great, food was great, and a warm cookie when coming in….loved it!!!

Both times I came to the hotel (in the dark) I ended up pulling into the receiving area. The actual entrance is still a ways away, and there are many pot holes to get there. But probably just me getting lost as usual.

The room and bed was amazing.

The restaurant evening staff was terrible. I had to wait five minutes before anyone waited on me. I was so unhappy by 3 staff members walking pass me like I was not sitting at the bar area to purchase food. Finally when they came I asked to speak with a manager. Waitress told the manager and his response was what does he want? Not professional at all. Manager told her to assist me and then they finally took my order. I was so unhappy with their actions I almost left the restaurant.

I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The staff was very accomodating with assisting me and my daughter with transporting our luggage to our room by expediently finding a trolley cart (I walk with a cane and the cart was almost a necessity). The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. The other guests also had the presences of being happy and satisied, I say this because, they were all friendly and content. I assume this to be from the pleasant stay, they themselves were having.

Nothing. We are not picky people and found the hotel to meet our needs entirely.

I like the breakfast area and service, the guy was so nice and gentleman. I like the bed and room.

My husband and me are Hispanic, and I feel people from the counter some time make different with other clients. We always stay there. The last time before June 3, they did not give us water, this time the guy gave us only one, and I was with my two daughters. Later, when my friend check in, the lady was so nice, she not only offer water to us too, also cookies. I Don want to be mean with all for that I mentioned to you those two persons. Overall, I like stay there. Thank almost forgot, one of the towels was dirty, but they changed to us. Tks

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We were having a procedure at the hospital and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious with eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, bagels and so much more. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, we were greeted with warm cookies and water. What more could you ask for? Though we would have liked a microwave in our room.

The property was clean and most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. The on-site restaurant/bar Seasonz was the perfect place to go in between my child’s routines. Ari at the bar is THE BEST. The bar manager, on the other hand was very rude and demeaning not only to his staff but to patrons.

It was a very nice hotel in a nice location The indoor pool area was good

I payed extra to get a patio but could not use it because of the rain, but even when I opened up the door to get fresh air the people next door were smoking and it was not pleasant. I didn’t realize those rooms are for smokers. Also they were playing music till 12AM and had to call front desk which they send security. I wish I could have been able to enjoy my upgraded room more!

room was too small for the price paid. the bathroom was too small as well. beds were not very comfortable. we were promised view of the pool. we had none of that. all we had view of was bushes and a walkway. the “patio” was a small table sand two chairs. the glass sliding door to the patio was extremely hard to open. and the glass sliding doors were dirty as if they were cleaned with a muddy rag. the volume on the TV didn’t go up too much. so for someone who has trouble hearing was not good.

Front desk manager was nice. Like that it had a restaurant and pool.

The ice machines were out of order on my floor and the floor below. Had to go all the way to the pool to get ice. The cable connection was bad. Every show kept breaking up. Esp Friday morning.

I really enjoyed everything. Staff was really nice, and they let me check out late so my son could enjoy the pool a little extra.

The Ice machine was broken, and you had to go to the Lobby to get ice, we were on the 3rd floor far from the elevators, so it was a walk.
