Extended Stay America Suites - Somerset-Franklin is a very clean and quiet facility. We loved the super clean rooms with the comfortable beds & cleaned & comfortably padded carpeting that had no stains; clean bathroom and kitchenette. The hallways are very clean and vaccumed. The laundry room and vending area is very clean. The upkeep of the facility and exterior property is excellent. The exterior grounds are nicely manicured. Everyone is friendly. We were very impressed being there and will reserve again at this facility. We loved our stay here!

No hot breakfast items or hot sandwiches - only muffins & coffee.

The heat was good the room was clean the staff was excellent the towels were wonderful the refrigerator and microwave were clean and so was the kitchen it was all together a nice day

There was nothing I didn't like

Front desk people were so friendly and very helpful.

I clean my room, however, I needed to vacuum and there were none available for 4 days because other people weren't returning them.

The hotel room was spacious and included a small kitchen, which was convenient. The building has an elevator, making it accessible.

The breakfast was disappointing and could be improved.

Comfortable bed, Nice Layout & Great Parking. Decent price for the room for location. Nice shower pressure.

Room was smelly when entered had to spray down w/ lysol. Seen a couple roaches in bathroom area. Kitchenette area was a little old. But Decent for the Price and Area.

Did not partake in breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was also quiet and permitted for a good night sleep. Shower water pressure was very good.

Room could have been updated with a newer refrigerator - it was old, but functioned fine. Brigher lighting in the room would have been a bonus.

The beds were soft and warm.

No ice machines, couldn't control room temperature, front desk gave someone that was not my other occupant with me and gave him a room key without checking with us or asking them for id!!

Facilities looked clean, and the staff was very good and welcoming.

The hallway and the room on the third floor had an odd smell to it, I open the windows in the room to try and air it out but still there was a residual smell.

It was clean, I had a couple guest over & we didn’t get bothered one time throughout the night.

There’s nothing negative I have to say about my stay

Clean, mostly quiet and helpful staff. A good value and location.
