The Breakfast has always been the same for years, but we enjoyed it everyday. No complains. there is enough for everyone and there is a variety of things to eat. Everything was cooked to order and was fresh. The coffee is immaculate. Hands down their breakfast is good

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi were clean & nice. The security was nice as well, let the kids get a little extra time in the water before adult hour started. The breakfast was good and the vibe was amazing. Loved the complimentary drinks, amazing Bartender. Front desk staff were all sweet as hell! Reviews made me scared but honestly the hotel is a great place to stay.

The waiting to use the pool and the outside smoking accommodations , would have loved to have an area close to entrance but not as close due to me being someone who doesn’t like to smoke around children.

Booking.Com screwed up the reservation. The reservation's name was under my friend's name. NOT mine. After booking another room under MY name, hours later I realized the reservation was under my friend's name. Then I could NOT cancel the reservation since your phone number was so busy. I tried non-stop for about 1.5 hours with the same busy signal. I will NOT be using Booking.com site for any future hotel reservations because of your continued incompetence handling my reservations.

we only stayed here for one night, before our flight from JFK, and visiting friends in an nearby town. it was very comfortable for a family. Nice to have breakfast includes, and complimentary drinks. friendly staff.

-no vegetables in breakfast -no gluten free awareness during breakfast -they make omelettes and pancake on the same surface and heat gluten free bread in the same toasters of the regular bread. -our room was near the road and it was but most at night.

Our room was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The atrium was a great place to breakfast. The morning hours in the atrium were quite enjoyable. The breakfast was very well prepared.

The courtyard furniture was ready for replacement, and the a/c operated on the warm side (perhaps they used a governor to throttle the compressors operation).

Breakfast was AWESOME! Best breakfast potatoes ever, and an omelet bar! They also provided complimentary free drink coupons for each night's stay, which was a nice touch. I also like that our dog was able to stay with us, and our room had a door inside to create a two-room, feel.

The "hot tub" was not hot at all, from kids splashing pool water inside. A fight broke out during out stay, which is beyond the control of the hotel. I also did not like the temp control, our room was cold despite being turned to 80 degrees.

The setup of the whole building was very versatile and very good fir seeing every facility from the rooms

During the night the receptionist was sleeping all the time and he was refusing to answer our questions even if we are physically at the front dest. He was very angry all the time and very rude to us and he was continually shouting.

The atmosphere of the hotel in the main lobby, the rooms were very nice and spacious, and breakfast was very good and had a great variety of choices. My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much, we loved the pool and hot tub and definitely would come back to stay again.

The Tv's could've been better, the Tv in the living room area of the suite did not work.

This was the best hotel for our vacation. Amazing breakfast, custom omelets, good bacon, fruit variety. Great pool. Friendly staff. Nice decoration inside, huge atrium, real plants, beautiful. Free parking.

Would be nice to have a shower by the pool to rinse off. Really can't complain about anything else, this place was fantastic.

The quality of this hotel has exceeded my expectations. Me and my wife liked it and my kids loved it. It had free parking. Free breakfast didn't have too many options but for us it was more than adequate. We were also given coupons for free drinks at the bar downstairs. We thought we had an issue with our bathroom, so we called the reception and they sent someone to our room right away. Nice experience overall. Well recommended.

The air conditioner was a little too loud time to time. I don't like the pillows - too small and too soft. And the swimming pool was small.
