I loved the customer service from the Gentleman that was there when we first checked in he was so awesome..He let us know about everything that was for us and more..On Sunday morning there was a lady there she was sooo nice she let us into the pool just amazing customer service.

I didnt like that I booked 2 rooms together and they wasn't ready at all and we was separated.

I thought the breakfast was very good though I did not personally love the potatoes and eggs, but my husband loved it and my kids were happy with the other selections as did I.

I booked my stay through booking,com and my price online was $57 cheaper than what the hotel charged me so I am in the middle of disputing this claim. Otherwise the hotel itself was great.

It was great to have something new each morning for breakfast. I liked that the gym was open for 24h.

However it would have been nice for some free space for body workouts and pull-up bars. Quality of the food was OK for USA standards, but from a European, the hot meals were low quality.

Extremely clean and good location. Front desk excellent hospitality. Nice size room for the price.

Dated. Peeling wallpaper old rugs, but clean! WI-Fi buffering issues. Free breakfast not to get excited about.

Breakfast was excellent. There was no more waffle batter but attendant filled up the machine & made me a waffle & brought it to me along with whipped cream. Walk-in shower very convenient.

Carpet needs updating - worn & dirty looking

EVERYTHING! The front desk staff, the room we stayed in(they were kind enough to accommodate our requests of giving us the room on the top floor and with a nice view. The breakfast items were OUTSTANDING & DELICIOUS(like Southern Style). The lady who managed the breakfast items, breakfast and dining area was on top of everything. She kept all items full so nothing ran out. She kept both the dining and breakfast areas spotless!!

Leaving this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Warm welcome and hospitality. Location is very good with many eateries and shopping centers in walkable distance

It was very clean . Love the pool exercise room and the TV hooking up to all of my streaming services was a bonus

The reception desk check in Rep was excellent. He made sure we received bottles of water as a Hilton member.

The staff was always so amazing and helpful. The place was very comfortable and kept Cham. Kudos to the cleaning lady who did 2nd floor. She was amazing. Smiled all the time and we could tell she put hard work and loved her job. The breakfast was very good.

Everything was great. No complaint
