Rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Good location.

Booked through travago. Money was paid. Had confirmation code email and receipt. Check in was at 3. Didn’t get let into room until 5 because your hotel didn’t like what travago charged me. So instead of letting us in room they made us wait two hours until they got it worked out with Travago. Your partnership with travago is out of my control and not my problem. My family should have been able to check in and not wait for two hours in lobby because crown plaza had an issue with a third party they work with. Really poor customer service and dissatisfied greatly.

The bed was comfortable and the facility was extremely clean.

That breakfast isn't included in the room price. The breakfast is comparable to a lesser hotel but it costs $20.00. if you are going to charge that much for breakfast at least have a better quality of food. Also at check in the staff should inform you of all the amenities that the hotel has to offer i.e. a bar and grill, room service and breakfast in the morning. Don't just check the person in and just hand them the keys with no information about your establishment.

Great location and very clean hotel with friendly staff. Room was spacious and good value for money. Breakfast was good with a wide selection, for an extra cost but it was worth doing a few mornings. The train station for going into New York City is a short drive away. Very pleased overall with our stay.

I had left a note on the booking to ensure the sofa bed was made as there were 3 of us staying in the room. It wasn't made on arrival, so the young gentleman at reception said they would send sheets up, which we had to chase for after nearly an hour. When they did arrive, there was only a pillow and flat sheet, so we asked for a duvet. That was brought without a cover, on request of the cover the reception staff member said he didn't think we needed it. When we said we would prefer one it was resolved, but we did have to make the bed ourselves. This really was just a minor hitch in the stay, but thought it worth mentioning.

The beds were so FLUFFY! Shower was so hot! Kids were so cray.....but what can you do? This hotel was also directly across the street from our destination at Pines Manor .....like 2 minutes away. Great stay, easy checkout, only $30 incidental hold(last hotel we stayed at was $150, in NJ). Can't WAIT to stay again ...also....we usually stay at Sonesta Suites for our large family.....but the one near Edison had bad reviews....so GLAD we took a chance on Crowne!!!

Stylish and modern hotel. Rooms are large, fitness center is nice. There is a small park nearby for walking, and a restaurant/bar in hotel (ask for Kevin, he'll mix you up an amazing cocktail!). We checked in and Ralph at the front desk was amazingly professional and got us all checked in. Marisol in housekeeping really went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. All around, just a lovely place to stay!

Not the most walkable area, so a car is helpful. Otherwise, it was great!

The check-in process was excellent. Areitha, in particular, was exceptionally helpful and kind. I commend the staff for their outstanding work. Having exceptional team members like Areitha will undoubtedly contribute to the hotel's success. The breakfast service was satisfactory. However, I suggest expanding the vegetarian spread to enhance the dining experience further.

It was close to everything you needed and was good space.

The sidewalk can be updated it was broken on some spots. At first when cleaning the room I didn’t really see anything besides a hair tie, but on the second night of the stay we found a persons shirt and underwear in one of the nightstands in the back. Other than that decent stay.

The location was good in a business district. Very accessible to the interstate. The breakfast was good and I order room service as well which the was prompt, hot and delicious. The bar scene was lively when we arrived not sure if that is the usually since it was a Friday evening or due to an event. Room was quiet and spacious

Elevator took forever.

I liked the location. I enjoy gong to Metuchen. Plenty of places to eat and a Walmart close by. Staff was friendly.

I was given a room that was more than halfway down a corridor. I was with an elderly person, so that was inconvenient because they had to walk a bit too much. Price was too high.

Nice and spacious room, freshly renovated. Even though the hotel was fully booked it was quiet in the room, we didn’t hear any noises. The room was very clean. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. We loved the service especially lady in the restaurant was super nice.. if I am not mistaken her name was Zalema.
