The price for a last-minute Saturday was good

The front desk clerk was awesome! when we checked in. We had a front room right over the front entrance, and people (staff and hotel guests)were in front having loud conversations. I asked for non-smoking, but the whole floor and our room reeked of smoke. The other guests above us walked extremely hard and kept dropping a heavy object all night. Other guests kept slamming the door all night. When we were leaving out, my husband spoke to a housekeeper, and she didn't speak back.

The room, property and staff were great. However, the fire alarm was blaring for about 7-10 minutes at like 7:30 am. They took a long time to address the issue and my sleep was interrupted. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Everything the kitchen was awesome

They charged me 2x and now I'm out of gas walking cause I didnt have any slack now im waiting to get my money back fix that it aint a hold you charged me the same amount 2x

Rooms are pretty big, comfy beds, a table and chairs and desk TV was a good size as well. It's close to a bunch of highways so it's easy to get around. The property was also kept super clean. The staff is super nice and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they don't have blackout curtains. So when that sun shines so do you.

Second time visit and it’s calm just exactly why I get away. Staff is great and the added treat at check in was a very nice touch!

The hallway seems to smell like smoking or weed like smoking.

Breakfast facility is good, and provide sufficient /items material for breakfast . Its suggested to increase the timing from 9.30.AM to 10.00AM if possible .

Coffee and pan cake were excellent

Woodspring do not serve breakfast

All guest have to put a decal inside of our vehicle on the dashboard show that we are a guest at woodspring but if you forget to place the decal inside of your vehicle you will get a ticket

The Location I was at didn’t have breakfast which I didn’t mind. The overall experience was good for me and I would stay there again if in the area.

Close to major highways, shopping and restaurants. The staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and enjoyed having the fridge, microwave and washing machines.
