What I love about this hotel is that you're 30 minutes away from New York City. Also not far from an Amazing Mall And Movie theater in the Mal,But let's talk About the Hotel Staff from Housekeeping Keeping your Room Extremely clean ,To the Amazing Front Desk Customer Service Reps From the Mangers ad the Supervisor's, They will go above and beyond for you to have an amazing Stay. So if you're looking for a hotel, I New Jersey, look no future, especially if you want TOP TIER Service, I Highly Recommend APA HOTEL ...... THANK YOU FOR HIRING AND AN AMAZING STAFF AND TREATING MY FAMILY REALLY NICE..... Another thing THIS HOTEL is close to the outlet mall that's a big Plus.You will have to take a Uber But it's a nice OuletMall Latifah Wright........

I LOVE EVERY ❤️ THING ABIUT THIS HOTEL

Very clean, fast & efficient! But our absolute favorite part is the breakfast in the morning. Holy crap… delicious!!! We only live 10 minutes down the road & often just stay for a night or two to enjoy the comfort, vibes & tasty food. It is not free breakfast but it is better & worth every penny. We will be there again this weekend w family 😉

If I had to say one thing, it’s that we can never really utilize the pool. We always try but just way too many ppl in there all times of day & they never leave!

Location was very accessible from EWT airport, especially coming in from Europe, after a long day of travel! The free and spacious parking directly across from the hotel was great! I requested a spacious room across from the elevator which I got, the staff at the front desk were so friendly, just awesome - extremely helpful, and very kind, plus professional too! The Japanese restaurant located in the hotel, is very authentic and very good! Excellent value for a short stay and very close to transit too!

Maybe a tea kettle or option to heat water for tea in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at APA Hotel in New Jersey! The hotel felt very luxurious walking into the lobby and was the perfect way to end our American trip! We were up on the 10th floor and could see our car in the carpark (which always made us feel a little more settled so we enjoy having this view!) and the fact that parking was free was massive for us as New Jersey didn't have a lot of properties near Newark that were free parking so this was a massive tick! Great value for money for a couple of nights stay, facilities were great having a couple of places to eat onsite as well as an indoor pool and gym! Was in a great location for us to get to the airport at the end of our stay and close to shopping centres and eateries as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again in future if back in the area!

This is my second visit to this hotel in 1 month. I like its location very much. The accommodation is very comfortable and the 24-hour gym is spacious. However, there is no water in the water dispenser in the gym, and the ventilation system in the bathroom is not available or is broken. The whole bathroom is full of smoke when taking a shower. These are the only two bad experiences I had during this stay. I hope it can be improved in the future. I will come back again.

The beds are very comfy and the room has a good size. The Fitness is well equipped. The Personal are amazing friendly. TOP!

The Breakfast for such a hotel class the food selection is very poor, you could have salmon, cheese, boiled eggs and ham will not increase the cost much and gives a more rich option to the guest. No possibility to shower after check-in. In our days most 4 and 5 Start hotels in the Fitness area offer the possibility to take a shower.

This hotel is freaking outstanding I love it. The staff Is freaking amazing 👏🏾 🤩 Oh and you have to visit the bar because the bar tender makes awesome drinks. And the girl at the front desk with the Jamaican accent is extremely considerate and helpful. You will have a wonderful time. I have never had a great stay other then here.!!! It was absolutely amazing 👏🏾 I'm not sure why this isn't q 5 star hotel. It definitely should be

Came here as a weekend get away from New York. Main reason for booking was the price, proximity to NY and the indoor pool. Pool was heated and the area was clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved the blankets. Both onsite restaurants were good. There were plenty of places to eat within a 10 min drive. We loved our stay here so much we are going back next weekend

I love the fact that the hotel provided us with a crib for the baby. The room was clean and comfy. Check-in was quick and easy and the parking lot had plenty of spaces. The location next to the Parkway was perfect.

I wanted to purchase the breakfast voucher and the receptionist skipped me three times. Even though, I was the first one at the desk and had a baby in my arms. I waited for about 15 mins and gave up on breakfast at the hotel.

I have sent staying days changing request 2 days before my arrival and it was accepted by booking.com, but hotel staff insisted they were not notified and it's invalid, I need to pay penalty. I told them there should have been a notification from booking.com. After a long while, they admitted. Hotel staff needs more training how to check customer's booking , how to communicate with customer. People were speaking loud in front of the room, it wasn't pleasant room location.
