The rooms were ready till 3:45 PM (Check-in time is 3:00 PM). Having said that, the staff was very able to handle the situation. They handled their guests humbly by explaining them situation. They also made a list of people so that guests were given rooms according to their time of arrival. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable.

As I mentioned earlier, the rooms were not ready 45 minutes after check-in time. This is either due to lack of cleaning staff or maybe some other reason but it is not pleasant for guests who are looking to check in at 3:00 PM. Secondly, each customer check-in over 5 minutes because the staff was checking in and printing the required documents when guests show up. In my opinion, for guests who have already paid and confirmed guests, their documents should be ready BEFORE guest arrives at the hotel. At that point, it would be a matter of under two minutes to check-in the guests. Just my two cents.

What I love about this hotel is that you're 30 minutes away from New York City. Also not far from an Amazing Mall And Movie theater in the Mal,But let's talk About the Hotel Staff from Housekeeping Keeping your Room Extremely clean ,To the Amazing Front Desk Customer Service Reps From the Mangers ad the Supervisor's, They will go above and beyond for you to have an amazing Stay. So if you're looking for a hotel, I New Jersey, look no future, especially if you want TOP TIER Service, I Highly Recommend APA HOTEL ...... Everything was well maintained. The decor was very nice and the staff were very polite and helpful. I arrived very late, but I was able to have a late checkout, which helped me immensely. Also be aware that they changed the deposit policy to $50 per night. It's great for one or two days (which I usually do), but adds up if you're staying for a week or more.

The gym was remarkable for a hotel--squat bar, benches, free weights, in addition to the machines and typical treadmill. It's spacious! I didn't have time to try out the pool. Staff was all lovely. I brought my own breakfast and bought a small bottle of milk from the lobby fridge. I drove from JFK and it was a perfect distance to get away from the city and then get a night's rest before continuing a long journey. Stop at the Cherry Hill Gourmet for a stupendous grocery experience on your way through Brooklyn 11235.

If they had a BOSU ball, I would have been over the moon but really that's asking a lot. The front desk was busy in the morning but once I loaded my car and returned, they'd sorted it out.

Very clean, fast & efficient! But our absolute favorite part is the breakfast in the morning. Holy crap… delicious!!! We only live 10 minutes down the road & often just stay for a night or two to enjoy the comfort, vibes & tasty food. It is not free breakfast but it is better & worth every penny. We will be there again this weekend w family 😉

If I had to say one thing, it’s that we can never really utilize the pool. We always try but just way too many ppl in there all times of day & they never leave!

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were big and spacious. The front desk staff were excellent. The is a great location. Plenty of parking. This hotel looks great. The price was fair and the beds were very comfortable

Only thing I didn't like was the house keeping. I had a do not disturb sign on the door and each time they proceed to come in the room anyway waking me up out my sleep trying to get in the door. They need to respect that. They did it 2 days in a row.

This is my second visit to this hotel in 1 month. I like its location very much. The accommodation is very comfortable and the 24-hour gym is spacious. However, there is no water in the water dispenser in the gym, and the ventilation system in the bathroom is not available or is broken. The whole bathroom is full of smoke when taking a shower. These are the only two bad experiences I had during this stay. I hope it can be improved in the future. I will come back again.

Location was very accessible from EWT airport, especially coming in from Europe, after a long day of travel! The free and spacious parking directly across from the hotel was great! I requested a spacious room across from the elevator which I got, the staff at the front desk were so friendly, just awesome - extremely helpful, and very kind, plus professional too! The Japanese restaurant located in the hotel, is very authentic and very good! Excellent value for a short stay and very close to transit too!

Maybe a tea kettle or option to heat water for tea in the room.

The beds are very comfy and the room has a good size. The Fitness is well equipped. The Personal are amazing friendly. TOP!

The Breakfast for such a hotel class the food selection is very poor, you could have salmon, cheese, boiled eggs and ham will not increase the cost much and gives a more rich option to the guest. No possibility to shower after check-in. In our days most 4 and 5 Start hotels in the Fitness area offer the possibility to take a shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at APA Hotel in New Jersey! The hotel felt very luxurious walking into the lobby and was the perfect way to end our American trip! We were up on the 10th floor and could see our car in the carpark (which always made us feel a little more settled so we enjoy having this view!) and the fact that parking was free was massive for us as New Jersey didn't have a lot of properties near Newark that were free parking so this was a massive tick! Great value for money for a couple of nights stay, facilities were great having a couple of places to eat onsite as well as an indoor pool and gym! Was in a great location for us to get to the airport at the end of our stay and close to shopping centres and eateries as well. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again in future if back in the area!
