I’ve stayed here multiple times as ifs a convenient location to the Expo center. The restaurant menu seems to have changed. The burger was delicious! The kids only had a chicken finger option. I believe there was more of a selection during our previous stay.

The shampoo in the shower was empty- and there wasn’t really anything I could do about it in the moment.

The night staff was not welcoming, or try to accommodate the patron. Didn’t call your room if your items were delivered . Also will leave the food there without ringing the room.. as much money that has being paid. It should be a little bit more accommodate in for the patrons.

The location was perfect, the staff very helpful - could not be better. Other reviews have criticized state of room - in my room the drapes clearly needed replacement and the carpet was either old or a poor color choice BUT - the bed was great, very comfy, pillows perfect for me, the bathroom was fantastic - shower had great temperature control and water volume and drained excellently well. The sink was similarly excellent. Towels and hair dryer were fine. The temperature control system worked very well, and the room was quiet. The TV was excellent. Breakfast buffet scrambled eggs and bacon were tasty and plentiful. The coffee was great. Pastries and teas selection could have been better. There was a charge for breakfast but it was quite low and a good value. Dinner selection was a bit limited but was fine - and it was nice to have a restaurant on site. I was very happy with the hotel and will be back when in the area again.

It would be pretty easy to have a much better selection of tea bags. The room drapes and carpet could be updated - but my room was clean and fine. To me the bed is much more important than the drapes and the bed was great.

Once again, HGI did not disappoint! I stayed here on both ends of a long road trip. The location was closet to the highway, but not so close to have traffic noise. The pool was small, but fine enough for relaxing in a little bit. The bed was comfortable, and the upgraded wifi worked great. I was able to attend a 2 hour long meeting online without issue. The bartender in the lobby was friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the whirlpool tub- I'm a large person, and it was still long enough and deep enough that I was still able to submerge most of me!

I feel like the lighting in the parking lot could have been better. Otherwise it was a great stay!

The size of TV, the quietness, the pool, the bathroom especially that extra mirror that give you a close up, the room was alright.

The fridge didn't work, no microwave , and my Grandson (1 yr in age)blistered up after getting out the pool. And also how you can't use your hotel key to get back in form going to your car you have to walk back around the premises.

The rooms were spacious, had mini fridge and a microwave.

Could hear every door opening and closing (including bathroom door of rooms next) anytime of the day.

All was well. Early check in. Thank you. Several family members stayed here in order to attend a funeral locally. Great location. Lovely little lounge. Air/heat easy to control. Small fridge was quiet. Shower nice and warm even on 5th floor. Would stay again if necessary in that area.

Maybe due to our early check in, we were not offered water which was needed. Although there was a hand bar to enter the tub shower, I would suggest a hand bar within the tub area for maneuvering, even in non disabled rooms.

Everything felt cozy and the sheets were clean. Even the toiletries are hypoallergenic. No breakout from the towels or linens with sensitive skin. Looked inviting upon entry. Lobby and staff are great amd friendly. Carpets and floors looked clean.

The bathtub had no drainstop in my room. I asked to see another room and it looked in less good condition than the room I was in. I decided to stay in the original room. The elevator could use a tune up.

They don't send your refund back as quickly as they take it off

Everyone was friendly and love the fact they were so pet friendly

Honestly, just wish Breakfast would have been included. Other than that, no complaints.
