Convenient to where I need to be. Good price. Breakfast improved from last visit with scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Staff always friendly and attentive. Great views of the next door lake. The check out time is great.

The breakfast runs out of food. We eat early but I saw people come down near the end of the time and food wasn’t replenished. The furniture in the room is not comfortable. The hallways are so cold.

breakfast was not very varied and rich, vis a vis the price paid and the brand of the hotel. I stayed for 13 nights and every morning breakfast was the same. It has to have more nuts and fresh fruits and variety of jams and cheeses. Thank you!

I always look to stay at a SpringHill but this time I was a bit nervous traveling to a state I had never been. Happy to see that the rooms have similar settings to the other locations I've stayed at. The beds are always comfortable and rooms have plenty of space.

There are just 2 small things that I noticed... The body wash was watered down and the tray that comes with soap and lotions, only had a bar soap. Other than that, everything was fine.

Customer service at the front desk. Need to be more knowledgeable of reservations system. I was charged twice for the room. Should not be multi tasking while taking care of one customer. It took me 30 minutes to check in. Because the personal kept answering the phone, food deliveries, could not find my reservation.

It was spacious and modern, Yuuge walkin closet, extra blanket in the closet which I like because I need weight on me. Sitting area in the room. TV was centrally located in room and the bed was VERY comfy. There is a lovely pond/lake right outside. We were driving to Maine from VA and needed to stop and we booked it on Booking 2 hours before we checked in and it was great!! Also, they printed an email for my daughter for free, no questions.

It should probably get on the bandwagon and rip out the carpet. The carpet was fine but no one wants carpet in a hotel room.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very well organized and the layout design was perfect! The bathroom was welcoming and offered privacy.

If the shower could be adjusted for shorter people that would be good but other than that, it was perfect!

I enjoy the time with my family and I really want to come back because I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely discuss my experience with others.

Only issue was the fridge was not working properly in room 101 where my kids were that’s all.

The room was very spacious and modern. We liked the decor of the hotel, the loby is nice. The queen beds were comfortables. We came in at a very late hour and the employee at the reception was helpful on the phone when we let him know. When we checked in, despite the late hour, he was very welcoming and enthusiastic and it contributed to our good experience! We found the hotel to be secure because past a certain hour, you can't get in without the card or without having the employee unlock the front door for you. The breakfast was of quality and FREE; there are many tables to eat as well. The price-quality ratio is VERY good compared to the other offers in New Jersey or near New York, we highly recommend this hotel.

Some details we didn't like : - the guest bed mattress underneath the couch was not very comfortable and there weren't sheets prepared for the fifth member of our group (BUT the staff at the reception was once again very helpful in providing them). It would have been nice if they were already there though -We didn't have solid soap in the bathroom and the shower gel was not filled prior to our arrival. -We were only told the breakfast hours for the weekend so we didn't know that breakfast ended earlier on weekdays . We don't know if the hours are written somewhere but it would be nice if they were displayed somewhere for everyone to see because we weren't the only one who came late expecting breakfast to still be available. (During our stay, breakfast ended at 10h00 am on the weekend.)

I liked that the parking space was spacious and there was a gas station right next to the hotel which was very convenient. There is also a Walmart that is super close. The room was semi big, with the two queens bed as requested, and the couch was very big along with another pullout mattress on the bottom. The breakfast in the morning was mainly healthy so that was nice, overall I enjoyed my stay and my family members did as well.

The room was a pretty big size. I was in the double queen. The couch is a pretty big size for someone to sleep on and it has a pull out twin underbed. I asked for a room close to the elevator extra blankets and early check in and all were granted.

I stayed for one night and everything was great.
