My husband had an dramatic brain injury accident here in NJ. We were just supposed to stay July 18 - 21st for 4 days however after his injury he was in ICU for weeks and now he is in an neurological brain drama rehab center. I had to find a place that had washer and dryer availability, kitchen, full fridge and separate bedroom and great location. This place has it all and the staff was great. They made me feel at home as best as they could. It's been over month since I've been home. The room and facilities are clean, roomy and a nice outside linear fire pit area with sitting areas and large breakfast area. The location is perfect. There is Target with a CVS pharmacy/grocery store inside next door. There is a mall across the street with lots of shops and a cheesecake factory, Nordstrom, etc.

I flew my 79 year old Mother in from another state to help and there were a few unsavory characters hanging around but that was only maybe 3 nights out of 20 but that was about the only complaint.

It was very clean and welcoming when you first enter the hotel.

The hallway rugs leading to my hotel room could use a steam clean, there were random stains throughout. My room as a whole was good, the cleaning could have used a bit more attention to detail such as surfaces, but those are only minor things. The big things were clean and the room was tidy, overall a nice place to stay. I’m also a stickler for bugs and noise there weren’t any bug or noise issues, so to me that’s huge! I used to work for a cleaning company for 13 years, so I notice the little things. However, as a whole I was happy with my room and stay.

I want to say I really appreciated my stay with Homewood Suites. I was very nervous about my booking due to booking threw a third party, but it worked out so well. When I arrived at the hotel my booking was slightly incorrect. I booked 2 rooms with booking.com and when I called to reconfirm my stay It was confirmed that I had 2 room but upon arrival The actual hotel only had me booked for 1 room. I had guest coming to both rooms so instantly panicked. Elvis was super helpful super calm and super accommodating. He agreed to book me another room to match my booking reservation. He answered every question I had during my little worried session I had with myself. What people don't understand is listening to someone goes a long way. Elvis was very patient he didn't get upset he did express how booking usually does have complications here and there but like he really was patient and just helped me enjoy my stay. When he helped me with my check in, I really feel like my stay was above and beyond from there which was just the beginning. The room was beautiful very clean I have never had a full kitchen set up at any of my hotel stays. The normal is just like a fridge and a microwave NOT at Homewood Suites they hook you up. The room I booked had a whole stove area too cook if needed the showers were clean and I loved how the shower gel was sulfate free. I had a few kids with me stay over for my daughter's 11th birthday sleepover and being that I had a variety of different little ones with me, and everyone uses different things to wash the shower gel choice here just proved to me the Homewood Suites took time to consider ALL customers down to health shower gel. I was very happy and comfortable with my stay. I didn't even know this hotel was located in the area and its really Nice. OH & to add they gave a nice pool and a beautiful fire pit section where grills can be used, so if a family packed to prepare, they have provided an area for that.

I really can't find a complaint about my stay. But if I could mention something the pool staff there was a gentleman there who was a little rude about my kids being kids and of course being a little loud and using pool equipment which wasn't allowed I did totally understand where he was coming from, and I even apologized but he still was very rude he sucked his teeth and walked away from me mid-way apologizing. Rude. I didn't catch his name, but he was the only male pool guy i saw.

The location of the hotel was perfect. I like the parking, the property, the design the spaciousness and the comfort of the suite's room. I love the equipped kitchenette that is available in the suite.

The check-in receptionist attitude was not welcoming or friendly. I was disappointed in breakfast. The food items and the presentation did not meet my expectations. Breakfast options definitely could be better.

Breakfast very good service they make .Every day they make different breakfast. Before they close, they came and asked if we needed anything. They have free parking. Good near have target. For kids have pool clean and good and open until night.good service they make and for family good place.

The only thing was trying to find the Hotel..the GPS gives you the run around and try’s to take you around the back of the hotel via a housing complex which you can not enter the hotel parking lot through. It became slightly confusing. Other than that, the Hotel it self was a wonderful stay for us.

Property was very clean very nice staff greeting me. Room was very spacious and I’m very picky about small rooms. This room had a full kitchen which was a huge plus. Beautiful aesthetic clean sheets/ floor/ furniture . Totally worth it and plan to come back . 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only thing was noisy neighbors I’m not a person who gets annoyed I didn’t mind it but for other guest they might have complained again me not a bother .

The room was nice and spacious. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The breakfast was disappointing. There was no waffle machine and the selection of fruit, yogurt, and overall food quality could have been better for the price you paid.

I loved everything. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and prepared nicely. Had everything we needed and more some. Amazing staff, who were sweet and kind. The breakfast was a great bonus, too! We highly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time

I loved the entire experience. The lobby, the staff and my room were all amazing. Let’s be clear, I don’t get any bonuses for creating this review. I’ve stayed at many hotels for Birthday and this by far has been the best. The area that the hotel is in was great, and we were able to get to all of our events from this location within thirty minutes. We usually clean our rooms as soon as we enter, this was the first time that my bleach wipes were still white. I was in awe.

Literally my only complaint was that the mattress was like a box… but I’d still stay there again.
