My wife slipped in the tub. The tub was slippery and hazardous especially for senior citizens. There was no clock radio and the phone is on the desk, should be nearer the bed, Staff was excellent. Please fix the tub problem before someone breaks a hip or another limb.

Tub/shower is a hazard, telephone should be near the bed. No clock radio!

The room was very clean and neat. The bathroom was clean and set up with conditioner, shampoo, lotion, and soaps for patron usage. Check in person never stated to me if breakfast was served in the morning and I never asked. The bed was very neat and comfortable. Sheets and pillowcases was clean and placed very nice on the bed. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great for the one night stay.

What I didn't like about the stay was the staff was not very friendly or informative. I was never told if breakfast was available at the hotel. I was told that there was no smoking in the room but when I turned on the heat in the room there was an old cigarette in the vent of the heater that I removed and flushed down the toilet.

- Walking towards the hotel can be a bit dangerous because of traffic (as not a lot place for pedestrians) - You'll have to walk 10-15min if you want to have a breakfast

The room was comfy. We didn't get to experience the breakfast we slept in and we were only there for one night so it did what it needed to do for the one night we were pleased

I thought the room was a little small we were in a king non-smoking

I was a little hesitatant after reading some reviews but it turned out to be a great stay. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The room itself was nicely set up and the fridge was super cold. The bathroom was large and fairly clean. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

Location might be a little difficult for those without a car. There aren't any stores that are easily walkable to.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly, rooms are large. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. More than enough for myself and 3 other guests. Location is great, there is two mini plazas up the road, not even a 5 minute drive. And a 24hr chicken and pizza place which was our go-to. We very much enjoyed our stay

The is a restaurant/ bar which is downstairs in the lobby was temporarily closed, the "store" didn't have many options and what was there looked dated. The coffee station was always a mess and not greatly stocked but doable.

The hallways were all fresh. The rooms were well kept. Location worked out really well for us. Overall great deal

The room doors could use an update. Ours looked like it was smashed in. The 2 queen beds were super small especiallywhen traveling with a family. But it got the job done.

The property was very clean and smelled good I would love to know what is used to clean the facility with

The ice machine was broken and I was told to go to the fourth floor and use the fourth floor ice machine I had on pajamas and I wasn’t going to do that in my night clothes 🤨

Very clean, noticeable and next to a great landmark. 15 minutes walk to transportation. Was great

Would have preferred closer to transportation either bus or train. The walk to bus stop, did not have a side walk, was somewhat unsafe walking back at night without sidewalk.
