Property was great ,clean, easy to access, breakfast was great

The whole floor I was staying on smelled like a Marley concert, I wouldn’t mind personally , like cool weed is legal , but when my kids can get a second hand high from just being in the hall, I think that’s a real issue

The little breakfast was very nice. The gym was small but nice. Plenty of parking. I liked that Avis/Budget rental car was there also. I liked that the highway close by.

The 1st room I had the smoke alarm went off, at the front desk, at 3am while I was sleeping. The 1st night I was there I got a call saying the alarm was going off. I had just fallen asleep. I wasn’t happy. The alarm went off 2 days later same time. This time security came to my room and checked my room, 3 am, and said the smoke alarm must be defective. The next day they changed my room. The rest my trip was good.

Lovely hotel, room was really nice. Loved the Western themed decor inside & out. Beds were really comfortable for us, pillows as well. Lifts were good & quick as were on the 5th floor. Breakfast choice was good, although it got very busy, but it is a big hotel.

The guy booking us in hardly spoke, not very welcoming at all. Definitely needs 2 more waffle machines, 2 is nowhere near enough for that many people. We see 2, even in a little Super8 motel. Lots of people said the same at breakfast. The que also caused a couple of arguments during our stay. The back part of the hotel is next to the 440 which at night resembles a race track from the 5th floor. PLEASE don't do the copy & paste reply, actually attend points you can.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! They provided everything extra I required. A/c was great in the room too! Food was very yummy and there were lots of options. Tea, coffee, and water provided in lobby all day.

Halls and main areas were pretty warm. The waffle line in the mornings gets pretty bad. I would suggest pre making them instead because we were in line for 15-25 mins some mornings. Our room wasn’t restocked with the body wash and shampoo and toilet paper when they did the cleaning but front desk gave me some extra and I luckily brought extra wash.

Good deal in peaceful Staten Island. The room was really large and comfy. Staff was professional. The hotel is located in an industrial area but a couple of bus lines run over there. Ferries from Manhattan and other places in NYC arrive a few km away. Breakfast was quite good.

If you don't have a car, it may be a problem to reach the hotel. NYC has some connections but NJ has not. I had to grab a Uber to reach Union City - 10 minutes ride will cost you at least 50 USD. Otherwise good deal!

Pretty much your standard hampton inn, good quality.

Hampton inn, and many other places today, use industrial egg powder or frozen liquid to make "scrambled eggs". Who knows what they're really made of? If I could change one thing about today's hotels, I would rather have real eggs. My only complaint, and nobody will get 10/10 with fake eggs.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious.

I wish that Hilton and neighboring Hampton would bring back their shuttle to the St George terminal. Whether it's taking the Staten Island Ferry or the New York fast Ferry or visiting the outlets, that was a very convenient perk that used to be offered prior to covid. We had to order Ubers each time and it was roughly $30 just to get to the ferry and another 30 to get home to the hotel.

Bed was comfy, breakfast was a wonderful assortment of foods and drinks. Checking in was a mission, systems hadn’t matched up from bookings.com to the hotels system properly, it took over an hr to sort out our booking. Got woken up in the morning from house keeping coming in. Checkout wasn’t till 11am and they woke up about 8:40am and then knocked 2 other times before we’d checked out at 11am, that frustrating.

Location, plenty of parking available, and comfortable beds.

Limited draws for clothing, so we lived out of our suit cases. Closet door's magnetic latch was broken and was improperly and dangerously repaired with a sharp strip of metal that was screwed loosely to the door. I reported the workout room toilet that was backed up. It took a day to repair. After 3 days, we switched to the Garden Inn next door.

Breakfast was very good, had a variety of items and area was clean Bedding was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very hospitable. The lobby decor was beautiful with a western theme and the breakfast area was decorated with beautiful carousel horses

Room had very little storage and my shower shower had black mold in certain spots My room backed up to the highway so it was noisy Also there was no safe in the room
