Service was good and the staff was friendly. Specially a worker called Jihad made our stay very pleasant. He was always so smiley, joyful and happy. Always greeted when coming from the main doors or said good morning when coming to breakfast. Really good customer service from him! Hotel room and lobby etc was very clean. Breakfast was super good, oatmeal was a plus!! Wifi worked good. Parking was free which was nice. Good location since there was a lot of different stores, shops and restaurants near-by.

Cleaning materials had a very strong smell/odour. First night when we arrived we thought that we might not be able to spend 4 nights in here. But over the night the odour a little bit disappeared, so it was okay. But when it was time to clean up the room then there smelled again, but again the odour was gone overnight. So for people who are smell-sensitive/have migraine this might not be too good for them. Another thing was the toilet, it didn’t work properly. When flushing it was just weirdly slow. One time it didn’t flush at all so had to call the reception.

Our room was clean and comfy. The hygiene products were convenient and smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was fresh and hit the spot. The entire facility was very clean. The price was an affordable option to NYC accommodations and super convenient to shopping and dining.

Night staff was a bit abrupt, his customer service was poor. We went to grab snacks and again he made us feel as though we were imposing on him. When we checked in the staff explained nothing just suddenly told me to insert my card. We had a bit of luggage and requested a cart and again staff was dismissive and no cart was available.

The staff was very friendly. Everyone, from the receptionists to the people at the breakfast bar. The food was okay, the room was very clean, and the location was very centric.

The price of the room is expensive for what you get. I compared this to other big cities I frequent, and this room was about 80 dollars more expensive per night for no apparent reason. They do not even give you water to prepare your coffee in the room in the morning. You have to buy it or use water from the sink.

The location was handy for the nearby rail station which was one of the things we were keen on. Reception area, lifts and hallways were all clean. Staff were friendly enough for the amount of time that I dealt with them. Breakfast was basic but the area was kept clean and topped up and actually stopped me from over eating at breakfast which I can have a tendency to do. We had chosen the hotel to be able to get the train up to Newark Penn Station for the ice hockey and it did what we needed.

I think the only minor thing would be reception staff could have been a little more talkative when we arrived as there wasn't really anyone else about. But really that's just clutching at straws, the hotel and services met all my requirements so can't complain. Road outside could get busy (on a positive where we were we didn't hear it).

Breakfast was phenomenal, swimming pool was ok

We're not placed close to each other, because we came as a group, again requested for towels and wash clothes to be delivered but not there on time. The ice machine on the 4 th floor was not functioning all Saturday and Sunday before we left. So next time I believe it would not happen again. Overall, everything is good

We like the convenient location of the hotel near to the shopping area. We also like the comfortable bed, quiet room, and hallway. The breakfast was fair, and the staff was making sure counters and tables were clean and food was always provided. We are not sure if fresh fruit was also provided since we arrived like thirty minutes before service was done, but we could enjoy fresh mini egg omelets, pan-fried potatoes, bagels, and waffles! Easy and smooth registration and check-out.

The check in was quick. There is renovations going on so there was a worker sitting at the entrance at a table. The check in was quick and flawless .The young lady apologized for the state of the entrance.

i stayed for 4 nights/ August 14 to 18th. The bed was comfortable and I had good sleeps for 3 night. On the last night I could not sleep because the smell of cigarette smoke was coming through the vent. I am asthmatic and therefore I was up coughing and getting a headache. When I checked out I told the young lady at the desk and she said I should have called and my room could have been changed. This started around 12.30 am and I did not think to call the desk. I am home in Bermuda now and although I took aspirin for my headache, I still have it.

Easy to find and so many restaurants, cinemas and shopping nearby. Fitness room is very well equipped. Breakfast was very good with good variety. A little tight to navigate during peak breakfast hours. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was huge! Plenty of parking.

Some of the furniture was overly worn in room but bed was good.

The breakfast was delicious! I appreciated the convenience of having a large mall (Target) within walking distance of the hotel for grocery shopping. Its location next to the main road was also a great benefit for travellers on the go. For the price, it was perfect!

Nothing in particular to highlight - I simply enjoyed my stay at this hotel! :)

At check-in, Te'sire (not sure of the spelling) was wonderful! She was pleasant and very helpful and accommodating. She made check-in for 8 people in 3 rooms painless! We truly appreciated her assistance. Please commend her on her professionalism, great attitude and demeanor. She is a superstar! The Dill Family Bermuda

That there were no clean towels available when we needed them after hours. Either get more staff or get more towels.
