Very clean, very friendly, Great price for large room with kitchenette. Reasonably close to Newark Airport and Train stations (although no shuttle). Saw some negative reviews here but didnt see any roaches (or anything else like that).

Neighborhood is a bit industrial - nothing else nearby so plan ahead for food or coffee, as there is nothing at the hotel other than a vending machine. there is a Dunkin' within a 10min walk or so, and a new Wawa going built next to the dunkin.

Clean rooms with nice ambience. The room had a full fridge, stove, microwave and 4k TV with premium cable which was a plus.

NO ice machine and water pressure in the bathroom is low. Also hallway smelled like weed most likely due to people smoking. The hotel could benefit from a better air filtration system to lift and eliminate odors.

The facilities the hotel have a parking so you can park your car. If you have a car It is close to Manhattan and bruklyn

They don't clean the room . You have to throw the garbage by yourself .

Went there for work. The room was clean and very comfortable, I did not needed all the kitchen facilities, it was a plus though, the microwave was nice. The location was good, there were a few good restaurants near by.

The front desk made me pay at arriving, now I have a 3 nights charge in my Credit card, instead of 2 that I took, I wrote to the hotel trough Booking but it has been impossible to solve. I could hear noise from other rooms. The food from the vending machines was very unhealthy. The window blind was damaged.

It was extremely clean! I loved the room being set up like a small studio apartment. We traveled on a budget and figured it’d be a lottttt cheaper to purchase a small loaf of groceries and cook vs. eating out 3x a day and I was right! The room came with a full sized refrigerator & freezer, two electric stove tops, a full sized microwave, a sink AND a dishwasher along with two of everything (plates, bowls, utensils, drinking cups and coffee cups!). There’s a Dollar Tree around the corner where we purchased cleaning supplies (housekeeping isn’t offered which is fine I prefer not to be disturbed) and the local Walmart was about 7 mins away! Overall it was extremely worth it. I do suggest however for TV, bring an HDMI cord and some kind of laptop/gaming system if you plan to watch tv because the channels weren’t that great lol

The pillows could be more comfortable lol other than that it was great!

The location was only 5 minutes from our meeting location.

We were traveling for work. We arrive at 9:50pm and the lady at the front desk was rude when I tell her that our company card only works manually. She told me that swipe it, it declined, because of the security of the card (we need to type it manually all the time and we let it know to every front desk agent.) And she told me, in a rude way, that the card doesn’t have any money, even when we already let her knew that the card have a secured password that it needs to be typed. We finish our check in process at 10:23pm, because of her.

the manager Sam, is horrible. Claimed i didnt pay my stay instead of resolving the issue had me removed from hotel, and still ran my card for the night. i will not stay here again after the disrespect and indecency of the manager

The pro/cons reviews are accurate. The biggest plus - Extremely clean hotel. The pictures on line are accurate the rooms are modern but inexpensively so.

house keeping should be at least 2 or 3 times a week..

fact that there was no house keeping and guest have to change their own bed sheets and clean the their own room everyday during their stay if it’s less than 2 weeks
