Location is a short walk from the Murray Hill train station which is very convenient to get to New York City. The parking situation was great!

We got in so late, we forgot to place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our room. We were only staying 1 night and requested a late check-out. At 9am, housekeeping tried to enter the room. It's our fault for not putting up the sign, but typically I thought housekeeping would wait for a list of who's checked out for rooms checking out that day. Just a small inconvenience!

The room and hotel have exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious for a family of four. We had two queen beds and requested a rollaway bed. The bathroom was clean, and overall the room and hotel felt clean and fresh. We checked in at midnight, and it was a breeze because I could check in ahead of time. Breakfast was noted as delicious by everyone in our party. We will be happy to stop by again if needed.

The hotel has been renovated since I was growing up in the area. The room was really nice as was Moe's, the lobby, etc. Service was great and the front desk gave me a nice, quiet room on the second floor.

I thought the room could have been vacuumed better. There were pieces of tissue (small) all near the bed and stuff. And the bathroom had some hairs in it. Also - I failed to put the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. I got in very late night before and wanted to sleep in, but housekeeping knocked to see when I was checking out at 9:00 AM, even though if they had looked at my reservation, they would have seen that I was checking out that day and had until 11:00 to get out of the room.

I liked the space in the room, and that is was very clean.

I will not say that there were things I did not like, I would have liked for the price of the room, to have the ability to check out either on my phone or on an app, and it was a bit warm in the room even with the air conditioning on.

Everything was actually a lot better than we expected no complaints. The area where they serve breakfast was a hidden gem because you don't realize how big the hotel actually is until you go down there. Also within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and local markets. 5 stars.

We have stayed at this property back in the year 2008 and were pleasntly surprised with the upgraded property . Excellent staff and a memorable stay for my family and I . Thank you all.

The attached restaurant, Moe's Bistro, was absolutely outstanding. The food was great. The service was great. They had a "special dinner" for hotel guests at a special price which was an incredibly good deal. My daughter and I both ordered the special dinner and enjoyed it immensely. The complimentary glass of wine that came with dinner was top-notch. I have a follow-up work engagement in June and will definitely plan to stay here again.

Clean, solid construction and nice specious clean everywhere .. Ally at reception is a sweet and welcoming receptionist.. All in all I’m coming back soon

Breakfast could have been better. Some plain yogurt and some real scrambled eggs would be great offerings on a daily basis.
