Good location (close to the interstate); breakfast was pretty good; easy to check in and check out; bed was comfortable; good water pressure in shower; spacious room; ample parking

Elevator was a bit slow; maid knocked before we checked out and didn't give us time to come and open the door before she opened it to come in to clean, which was unnerving (and unprofessional, as it didn't take my husband that long to get to the door, and he called out as he walked to the door to let the person know we were in there!); walls are a bit thin, so, you can hear people in the hallways (unless you're the maid, apparently...).

Incorrect information of breakfast times provided at check-in. Subsequently ended up missing breakfast service. Further, breakfast staff said no options for having breakfast were available since we were late for service. Also we were told to speak to front desk. Unsure what front desk could do in this instance. Anyhow spoke to Manager on Duty (Nestor), who was able to request the same breakfast staff to provide coffee and take away cereals. Staff training is required to ensure correct information is provided to guests and for restaurant staff to be able to provide solutions when required.

Breakfast was good, towels were superior, bedding was good, room size and layout worked for us, room was comfortable. exterior noise was a bit much and impacted my sleep, but the interior noise was zero.

I reported two problems with the room to the front desk as we checked out. one was routine maintenence. One was a failing shower rod which made it impossible to prevent shower water from splashing the floor. Not badly, but water on a bathroom floor for a senior is a serious safety issue, could result in a major fall. Also, I had trouble moving the black out curtain into place - and for a moment, thought I was tearing it down it resisted moving so much. And one had to remove the fridge from it's frame to turn it on - difficult for a senior woman to do.

The bedroom was very serene. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Pillows and blankets were very snuggly. The pull-out sleeper sofa was comfortable for lounging and reading. The Heat and Air worked very well and were quiet. Clerks at front desk were polite and engaging.

1)Elevator is very slow. 2)Large number of pre-teen girls were practicing dance routines in the lounge area. Certainly not conducive to anyone else sitting and enjoying your beautiful Lounge.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. When I requested for the pool area to be cleaned, because there was hair on the ground, they did it immediately and apologized. The pool water was warm and not cold which was great!

The pool area was extremely stuffy and hot, and there was no ventilation. There was hair on the floor, and although there were rules in place, people ( a couple) were drinking beer in and around the pool and smoking cigarettes near an open door outside, so all the smoke was blown into the pool area. On my first night swimming, I had a headache as smoke irritates me. The bathroom tiles need to be grouted. Guests were extremely noisy late at night in the hallways, with no respect for sleeping children. These are not great reviews but it needs to be said so it can be corrected.

I was very comfortable and very pleased

When I got here I hand double room door I felt uncomfortable I can here the next people in there room I rather one door only no joint room unless I have family with me it shall be asked if I have 3 to 4 others so I stayed 2 more days and moved to a room with balcony and I was very pleased

Room was great, got a free upgrade because I was staying for a week which was very nice All the staff I talked to were really friendly and helpful Bed was very comfortable, very big TV (has netflix), and the balcony was decently spacious

My bathtub was either not cleaned properly or stained I could sometimes hear my neighbors even when they weren't being particularly loud

The convenience of room service. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, especially Wendy and Maria. Coral was also very nice at the front desk.

The water pressure in the sink was very weak and barely usable. It was difficult to really wash my hands in the sink because there was barely any water pressure.

I loved how attentive the employees were to any of my needs. I loved that valuable information was given to me without even knowing or asking for it and that made me more comfortable and trusting

The curtains were slightly see thru and I couldn’t adjust the inner curtain to block off any visibility

Stayed here for a wedding. The staff were lovely and the room was very spacious.

Slightly dated could do with a bit of a revamp
