The breakfast was very good, but not as exceptional as it had been a month ago. The staff was very good about fixing issues that were a problem.

The elevator was still not working; it was in the same state of out of service as it was a month ago. This time, the microwave in my room hadn't been cleaned before my arrival. The toilet in this room was a problem, as was the one in a different room a month ago; the flush mechanism just doesn't work well. There is no way to get to the parking area without going outside and down the driveway entrance from the street. The parking area is insufficient on weekend nights.

Room 215 was clean, nicely decorated, not overbearing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Quiet. Comfy, soft robes. My husband laughed as I did a little giddy dance and told him I'm never taking it off. Parking was very convenient. I'm the wife that complains she's cold all the time. I didn't even have the chance to get cold from the car to the door. Check out staff was very pleasant, a gentleman with a very refreshing and unique accent. He smiled as we exited the building.

The check in staff woman seemed uninviting. Short and quick responses. The shower door in our room kept rolling open as we showered. The refrigerator was annoying through the night clicking and humming. There was a hair attatched the fibers on one of the robes. The room was quiet up until 6am, we heard the hallway traffic heading to and from the breakfast room. Even though these things were inconvenient, my husband and I make light of everything. We are joksters and it didn't effect our stay. Not much effects us. I used to work in the hotel industry and annoyingly picked up the habbit of quietly critiquing everywhere we stay.

Rooms are nice large and bathroom was good. Great location for Westfield with lots of parking. Nice self serve breakfast in the morning.

Elevator wasn’t working the day we arrived and we had to carry all the luggage up the stairs! But worse was the woman at the front desk that evening was not friendly. Our bed or sheets were also not cleaned one day and we saw some chips we had eaten in bed still inside the sheets.

The breakfast was outstanding. It is a safe and quiet place. When the toilet did not work it was immediately fixed. The staff members are very friendly.

The elevator was out of service for the entire 8 days of my stay; all rooms are up a narrow flight of stairs. I couldn't get a summary statement of charges when I checked out; what I was given was difficult to understand. There is no direct access to the parking from the facility. There are too few outlets.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying there with my family , and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way! **Location:** Amazing in the middle of a great town near the bus station , train and good restaurants **Accommodations:** Our room was spacious, immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Friendly staff and great breakfast I highly recommend this hotel

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need in the room- microwave/fridge, I also had a sofa bed in the room I was in but it was just me on my own. Breakfast was decent, basic eggs/bagels/coffee etc but I’d probably prefer more variety if I were staying more than 2 days. There is a big supermarket near by so you could just store some things in your fridge. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave

A bit more variety and quality items for breakfast. Bagels could be perhaps catered from Bagel Chateau, more egg options without cheese, no jams available, and coffee machine could better

Elevator was still not working, We stayed the previous week and the Elevator was broken a week later the same thing, even though the staff offered to carry our bags to the room which was nice and courteous we declined . It was just the fact that evrytime you left the Inn you needed to use the stairwell which of course was an inconvenience.

Breakfast room was convenient, but eggs and potatoes and meat were barely average. Best part was bananas, toast and waffle. Black coffee was decent. They also had yogurt and dry cereal

The elevator went out while we were there and the shower ran so hot it was difficult to wash hair, etc. Also no refrigerator in room, only a wine one which was not on.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Westfield and very close to the train station. It is an excellent place to stay without a car. The breakfasts were good and staff member Wendy was unfailingly cheerful early in the morning or late in the day when on reception. Other members of staff on reception were outstandingly helpful.
