Our room was quite spacious. We wanted to play games with relatives we were meeting up with in the area, and we were able to sit comfortably in the room, playing, eating, and drinking. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice array of options, and we liked the festive holiday decor in the lobby.

We paid for parking (something we didn't realize ahead of time), and others who visited the hotel did not. The parking garage policy seems inconsistent. Also, it was difficult in the rainy weather to figure out how to reach the hotel from the main road. The Short Hills Mall across the street was very busy, which complicated the traffic situation. This is not a fault of the hotel, but potential guests should be aware that the approach to the hotel is not straightforward. Be alert!

Thanksgiving in Short Hills so location was great.

They charged us $35 for early check-in. I didn't expect the room to be ready. The staff person said "good news/bad news". The good news was the room was ready; the bad news was there would be a $35 charge for early occupancy. When we returned from Thanksgiving (we had been gone all day), we found the room hadn't been cleaned. We requested fresh towels that they did send up. When I complained at check-out, I asked that they credit us the $35 they charged for early check-in. THEY DID SO.

Food excellent. Bar staff excellent.

Not notified when registering, nor given, vouchers required for included breakfast which caused issues when server presented check. Valet parking when arrived had car parked in open lot opposite entry while self parking was in covered garage. Charge for self-parking too steep and should be lowered. No newspapers in Hotel. Even if not complimentary, NYT, WSJ, and local should be made available to guests. Even lower tier hotels have bottled water in room and seems would be expected at a Hilton.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was great.

Hotel should replenish water everyday. Hotel gives two bottles during check in time and after it is paid. Not fair if they charging almost 450 dollars per day.

Buffet Breakfast in the morning was so Awesome! Lunch was also good.

My Girlfriend forgot her bathing suit in the shower hanging up. When we gotten home she realized this. She called and I text since Hotel asking about my stay, took a while but said nothing was turned in :) Meanwhile I left a $20 dollar bill for whoever cleaned the room. Sad how things are today. I don’t want to spoil all the other good things about the hotel being was very nice over this. I would go back again for my Bday again for sure.

Loved the hotel, location, breakfast and their service staff. The fact that it has an undercover carpark was very convenient during those 4 very cold and rainy days of our stay.

Excellent property and location but some of the staff were rude and unfriendly whilst just four of them were outstanding - extremely helpful, friendly and very professional...which made up for the lack of personality of the others. Shame...because they are not good for business.

The food in the restaurant was not good. The fish tacos were really fishy and of poor quality. Everything was overly salted. They need a new chef. Very Over priced food and drinks.

A room closer to the elevator. It was a long walk from the b elevator to the room. The ice dispenser near the roo. Was empty and the other machine was an equally long wa.k in the opposite direction

The hotel is updated and immaculate. The indoor pool/locker room is the best I've seen at a hotel. Bed is amazing. Room is nicely decorated.

The front desk staff was horrendous. Upon checking in, I felt like I was part of the movie, Mean Girls (I'm 55 yrs old, by the way). I would've had more polite service at a motel 6. I thought maybe it was just me, but after checking out and waiting for my Uber, I saw a sweet elderly couple treated so badly, the wife was almost in tears. Unacceptable.
