I loved the housekeeper we had. Spanish older lady. She is a WONDERFUL cleaner. Our room was spotless and she was a sweetheart.

I did not like that I could not check in gor hours due to the system being down. No one offered extra points or offered an apology. I did not like the front desk staff. Especially the older lady that worked at night. VERY, VERY rude. There was also a young lady that couldn't answer ANY questions. I asked about housekeeping and she didn't even reach out to them to help me. I wanted to leave a tip for my housekeeper, but I wanted to make sure she was cleaning my room the day we left. So that the wrong person didn't get the tip. NO HELP AT ALL. I would ONLY come back because of the housekeeper I had. They rooms were super clean, but super small for the price.

The location is not central but it met my needs as I was attending an event nearby. There is a small shopping mall right next to the hotel with lots of places to eat and shop for any essentials that may be needed. The hotel facility was relatively new or freshly renovated compared to other courtyard mariott places which was unexpected and nice. The hotel is not too big but had all required amenities including a very clean swimming pool and a gym.

No lotion in the bathroom and only one 0.5 l bottle of water. I arrived during the day and had time to shop and buy more, but had I arrived at night I would have to drink tap water. Otherwise, no comments. It was all good.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. My room was on the 2nd or 3rd floor. It was good. However, this stay was exceptional. The room was on the 1st floor. It was well cleaned, smelled fresh throughout my stay, and room was comfortable. Almost considered staying again next month.

The breakfast service is not the greatest. The food is overpriced (as is expected in this scenario), and getting the food is a challenge. Both times we ate there, we had to wait for the coffee to brew, the milk to be refilled, ingredients to be located. Just not what one expects from counter service in a hotel.

Decent location, decent price.

Outside of tub near floor needs cleaning. Missing grout of bathroom floor. Mattress needs to be turned or replaced; there's a valley in the optimal TV viewing spot. Room right above mine - the occupants were stomping, or 'something', the first 6 hours I was there. Needs a microwave.

Very clean and quiet property in a good location.

Seemed like the property was understaffed. It took almost 1/2 an hour to get a bagel and coffee for breakfast. Check out was slow due to only one person available to assist.

The hotel room was very clean, as well as other locations in the hotel. (Elevator, lobbies, hallways, and the property surrounding the hotel. The staff was very helpful and extremely polite

The only suggestions I would make is, the price of the water in the pantry. $4.50 is a little pricey. Also when we were checking in, we were told there would be a free continental breakfast. The breakfast is no, and I notice I wasn’t the only one who was misinformed

Very friendly staff, extremely professional and helpful. The room was so lovely I almost wanted to extend my stay. Very close to shops and restaurants.
