Property was great ,clean, easy to access, breakfast was great

The whole floor I was staying on smelled like a Marley concert, I wouldn’t mind personally , like cool weed is legal , but when my kids can get a second hand high from just being in the hall, I think that’s a real issue

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious.

I wish that Hilton and neighboring Hampton would bring back their shuttle to the St George terminal. Whether it's taking the Staten Island Ferry or the New York fast Ferry or visiting the outlets, that was a very convenient perk that used to be offered prior to covid. We had to order Ubers each time and it was roughly $30 just to get to the ferry and another 30 to get home to the hotel.

Bed was comfy, breakfast was a wonderful assortment of foods and drinks. Checking in was a mission, systems hadn’t matched up from bookings.com to the hotels system properly, it took over an hr to sort out our booking. Got woken up in the morning from house keeping coming in. Checkout wasn’t till 11am and they woke up about 8:40am and then knocked 2 other times before we’d checked out at 11am, that frustrating.

Location, plenty of parking available, and comfortable beds.

Limited draws for clothing, so we lived out of our suit cases. Closet door's magnetic latch was broken and was improperly and dangerously repaired with a sharp strip of metal that was screwed loosely to the door. I reported the workout room toilet that was backed up. It took a day to repair. After 3 days, we switched to the Garden Inn next door.

Breakfast was very good, had a variety of items and area was clean Bedding was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very hospitable. The lobby decor was beautiful with a western theme and the breakfast area was decorated with beautiful carousel horses

Room had very little storage and my shower shower had black mold in certain spots My room backed up to the highway so it was noisy Also there was no safe in the room

My stay was wonderful, the room was clean with enough facilities as I expected. However one of the front desk staff was rude and not useful for the purpose of being there. The place was very homely. I will like to suggest that, they provide more options for breakfast. The food was nice and they provided enough for everyone.

Breakfast was good location was ok big room but needs better sofa bed which was very uncomfortable to sleep on

Booking.com and other 3rd party provides faks information about hotel having a pool as per staff pool was removed years ago the only reason we chose this hotel is for the pool so the kids could swim. We went to check out the pool and receptionist told us that there is no pool, good thing that we did not come down in our swimming suits that would be funny.

Our room on the ground floor was quite spacious and comfortable, larger than the usual hotel room. The hotel was easily accessible from the highway and for us a good location for visiting family on Staten Island. Lorenzo's restaurant, in the next door sister hotel, was excellent.

There was a bit of outside traffic noise, since we were on the side of the hotel next to the highway, but it really wasn't that bad at all.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and accessible. Area was close to my home.

That my dog could not be left alone in the room. If your property is pet friendly and the staff knows there is a pet in room, I don’t understand why they can’t be left alone. I had things to attend to, where my dog wasn’t welcomed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff were ready, willing and very helpful to make sure everyone enjoyed their meal. I saw them delivering waffles to children and the head of staff was walking the dining floor when she saw a ceiling leak (it was pouring out), immediately blocked it off and got maintenance involved. I saw it unfolding, but they were so quiet most others never saw them. The woman cleaning on my floor asked me if everything was fine and wished me a happy day.

Only one issue...the ceiling fixture in the bathroom was cracked, with a piece broken out. While this did not affect my stay, I wanted to make sure no one thought I had done it. It was quickly documented.
