The place was clean and we pretty much had access to all the kitchen facilities we needed, a dollar tree is also next door in case you need extra cheap stuff!! Good location if you’re okay with $7-9 Ubers to Walmart and linden station! For the price, I was very happy with the stay. Staff are lovely and really welcoming and accommodating

We were originally placed on the fourth floor, but there were a few people smoking in their rooms on this floor and sometimes the smell would go into our room, particularly our bathroom, this was concerning considering we traveled with our infant. After expressing my concern to reception another guest advised that this issue was a common occurrence on all floors above the ground floor. We were able to move rooms two days later to the ground floor and it no longer was an issue for the rest of our trip

The size of the room and bathroom, the large fridge freezer and microwave. I liked that I could cook a simple meal if I wanted to. Staff were helpful. I liked having the mini gym on the ground floor. This was convenient as I was able to work out early in the day most days. The reception area was clean and comfortable and a nice place to relax and chat with other guests. The facility is not too far from the mall, the airport or supermarket. Water pressure was great.

There was fluff on the floor and dust in many areas. I could see that the room was not cleaned prior to me occupying it. I wondered if the sheets were changed. My room was only cleaned after the 3rd day and That's because I asked the person at the front desk for it to be done. Apparently rooms are cleaned every 2 weeks I was informed. There were no basic utensils to use eg small pot or a kettle. There were two small bowls, 1 tea cup, a spoon, and a knife and fork. I like making my own light meals. I also had to go down to front desk to bring up an iron and ironing board to my room and a small saucepan and return it when I checked out. Cleanliness is everything to me.

Clean rooms with nice ambience. The room had a full fridge, stove, microwave and 4k TV with premium cable which was a plus.

NO ice machine and water pressure in the bathroom is low. Also hallway smelled like weed most likely due to people smoking. The hotel could benefit from a better air filtration system to lift and eliminate odors.

Very clean, very friendly, Great price for large room with kitchenette. Reasonably close to Newark Airport and Train stations (although no shuttle). Saw some negative reviews here but didnt see any roaches (or anything else like that).

Neighborhood is a bit industrial - nothing else nearby so plan ahead for food or coffee, as there is nothing at the hotel other than a vending machine. there is a Dunkin' within a 10min walk or so, and a new Wawa going built next to the dunkin.

Went there for work. The room was clean and very comfortable, I did not needed all the kitchen facilities, it was a plus though, the microwave was nice. The location was good, there were a few good restaurants near by.

The front desk made me pay at arriving, now I have a 3 nights charge in my Credit card, instead of 2 that I took, I wrote to the hotel trough Booking but it has been impossible to solve. I could hear noise from other rooms. The food from the vending machines was very unhealthy. The window blind was damaged.

The facilities the hotel have a parking so you can park your car. If you have a car It is close to Manhattan and bruklyn

They don't clean the room . You have to throw the garbage by yourself .

It was extremely clean! I loved the room being set up like a small studio apartment. We traveled on a budget and figured it’d be a lottttt cheaper to purchase a small loaf of groceries and cook vs. eating out 3x a day and I was right! The room came with a full sized refrigerator & freezer, two electric stove tops, a full sized microwave, a sink AND a dishwasher along with two of everything (plates, bowls, utensils, drinking cups and coffee cups!). There’s a Dollar Tree around the corner where we purchased cleaning supplies (housekeeping isn’t offered which is fine I prefer not to be disturbed) and the local Walmart was about 7 mins away! Overall it was extremely worth it. I do suggest however for TV, bring an HDMI cord and some kind of laptop/gaming system if you plan to watch tv because the channels weren’t that great lol

The pillows could be more comfortable lol other than that it was great!

the manager Sam, is horrible. Claimed i didnt pay my stay instead of resolving the issue had me removed from hotel, and still ran my card for the night. i will not stay here again after the disrespect and indecency of the manager

Location and no security deposit

No room service and self service with trash. Also requested an iron and was told property didn’t have one, but later in day saw a guest getting one from front desk. I needed that iron to prepare for a funeral service.
