The property was clean and well kept overall. You can tell that it gets a lot of business but they manage to keep it presentable. The rooms were very clean probably the best I’ve seen in a while from this type of property which can have guest that might stay for extended amounts of time so when it come time to clean the room, things get over looked. The breakfast was also pretty good. Parking was included and onsite.

The coffee was poor but not a big deal.

I travelled to Cranford with my wife and two children, and we enjoyed the hotel's ambience. The hotel staff were courteous, and the breakfast was pretty decent. I also loved the hotel's location, as it was in a great neighbourhood and easily accessible to the various places we had to visit within New Jersey. Aside from the old furniture in the living room, we had a great time in the hotel. I will stay in the hotel when I next visit Cranford.

The furniture in the living room is quite old.

It wasn't in a crowded part of town. The smell wasn't bad to be a pet friendly place. We were able to catch an Uber to Linden train station in a nice time and caught a train to New York. The hotel was clean with an area in the middle for the kids to play. Would definitely book again.

The hotel was wonderful.

Booking.com failed to send the reservation through and we almost did not get a room because they were sold out. My husband and I booked there because he had surgery and we needed a room because he couldn’t climb stairs. Despite having a confirmation number, no reservation showed up on their end, but they were able to accommodate us in the end.

Really big suite for a family! So convenient and great value for this area to visit all the sites near your New York City and New Jersey.

There is no pool as the pictures show on the website — big downer for our kids!

Experienced issues with locating my reservation at check in. I made it thru a 3rd party, but after a few tries, they were able to get me checked. I was hosting my pre-60th birthday celebration with about 12 friends and family. The size of the room, 2 bedroom suite, was just the right size to accomodate my guests and food. Reservation was made for 6 people to stay, but only three of us stayed. We had breakfast the next day (eggs, sausage links, homefries, breads, cereal, oatmeal, beverages, fruit, coffee/tea, etc. A good assortment. I had the sausage and eggs. I added some black pepper to the eggs and ate with the homefries; delic. I also had a corn muffin. Wish I would have grabbed another. My daughter said the coffee was good as well. It is a big hotel, put in a lot of steps. Some confusion with the location. Overall, it was a great stay.

The refrigerator was situated so that I could not adjust the shelves. That i only stayed one day.

The staff were very nice. Location was clean. The price was very good and the breakfast in the morning was great

No local restaurants near the hotel. The pool was closed because they were working on the exterior wall of the hotel. My kids were looking forward to use the pool after a 8 hour drive.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Great pet accommodations.

Some of the breakfast and reception food wasn’t as good as it used to be with the chain. Powdered eggs, cold potatoes. Also the bathtub drain was broken.

Everything was greay, cozy, nice place with small kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Clean, warm, comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Feather pillows. But there is one small cotton filled for someone with allergies like me.

The room key didn’t work well at all in fact I couldn’t open the side door with card key . Please check / fix the key issue besides that everything was nice .
