We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Morristown for a week, and I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted warmly by Joann – the Front Office Manager, whose welcoming demeanor set the tone for an exceptional experience. The housekeeping staff maintained our room to the highest standards, ensuring it was impeccable and well-stocked every day. The bar and restaurant staff were equally impressive, delivering top-notch service with a friendly attitude; always going out of their way to please! The hotel's location is another significant advantage. Situated in the heart of Morristown, it offers easy access to local attractions, lovely dining and shopping options. The convenience of an undercover car park added to the overall ease of our stay, providing secure and accessible parking throughout our visit. On the last day of our week long stay, Joann once again came to our rescue when she went above and beyond her call of duty to help us when we encountered an issue with a locked suitcase. She immediately took the initiative to speak with management and arranged for the engineering team to assist us. Their prompt and effective response truly showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction needless to say it was a huge relief to be able to get my personal belongings and cabin baggage out, so we could make it in time for our long flight. Seamless checkout with absolutely no issues only reinforced the high level of service we experienced. Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous and genuinely invested in making our stay as pleasant as possible. In conclusion, the Hyatt Regency Morristown provided an outstanding and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a superior stay in Morristown. Once again, special thanks to Joann and the entire team for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

The air-conditioning was a bit noisy but overall no complaints!

Location is great and my room was spacious and well maintained. The staff I encountered were very friendly (except the front desk person when I checked out — harried and distracted and not terribly concerned when I told her about the problem w the RV chargers).

Bathroom sink had virtually no counter space for makeup bag/Dopp kit or anything else. It was like a powder room sink…annoying and v difficult to work with. Also, I specifically checked with hotel in advance about the availability of EV chargers, but when I got to the garage, neither charger was working (had to have an acct — which I do — but they weren’t able to process my acct info). Required me to delay my departure b/c I had to go hunt down a fast charger (whereas I had planned on charging overnight before my dep). EVs are pretty common now — this hotel needs to upgrade its capacity. I know the garage is owned by another entity, but no excuse for not having commonly-available resources that virtually every other hotel I travel to has available.

It’s at a great spot in Morristown..many restaurants within walking distance and a wonderful park to relax.

Can’t say anything negative or bad. Since the staff are all friendly and warming from the time you arrive. This is our 2nd time here at this Hotel, and we like it very much.

Excellent staff (Michael), clean comfortable room. Room layout was perfect. View was nice from 12th floor, probably better further up. Hotel interior quiet.

Noise from the tavern across the street was incredibly loud after 11 through closing at 2. And we stayed on the 12th floor. Note this was the Friday between Christmas and New Year so it may not be this bad normally. The hotel obviously can't do anything about this, but if you may want to opt for a room facing the back of the hotel on the weekend. Or go to the tavern.

Good size room, good central location, quiet hotel. Helpful staff.

A few small changes to room needed, no drawers anywhere in room quite limited cloths storage for a stay of longer than 3 or 4 days. Casual eating/breakfast facilities a bit limited for a large hotel.

Great location, convenient to Morristown. Nice sized room. No drinking glasses (except for coffee station.

I expected an EV charging station in the parking garage. The Blink station on P2 was difficult to find (instructions from the front desk were misleading; eventually flagged down an attendant from the lot who showed me where it was). Then after trying to charge and failing, I called Blink and found the station is permanently out of service. This process took several hours. It would have been helpful if the front desk had told me from the start the charger was offline.

Convenient location to downtown and the staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We used the gym amenity which was great.

On the second night of our stay, late at night we heard loud base thumping from some music somewhere in the building, that kept us up. We were on the 8th floor, so it must have been a room.

Everything is amazing , the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the room , the very comfy beds, and the amazing staff . If you are looking for luxurious place to stay in, with a unique style.

Only the parking , needs to upgrade the self parking to use the room card for parking.

If you stay on the weekend request the rear hotel rooms very loud on the street when the bars let out at 1:30 am as if you were right next to them.

Loud from the roudy bars letting out at 1:30 am and police sirens going off to chase them all home. Went on for 30 min on Friday and Sat nights.

The breakfast bar service person wanted a tip for My taking a fruit cup from the fridge and waving my credit card over the machine. Admittedly he had to enter the price into the machine but I was appalled. Gives the whole hotel a bad vibe. Did not happen the following day with a different attendant.
