Convenient to restaurants. Accessible from a major road. Bed mattress and sheets are very good. Clean. Breakfast was very decent . Staff friendly and responsive

When we checked in the room, it was very cold. They had set the thermostat at 67 degrees and it was like 17 outside. We had to wait about 30 mins for the room to warm up before we can be comfortable without our overcoats. And the noise insulation within the room was very poor: you can practically join in a conversation with people talking in the hallway near the door. And if the unit above us would use the shower or flush the toilet, it sounded like a plane flew above your head

The property was good… the pool area needs some rehabilitating. The fixtures in the pool is old and needs to be replaced overall everything is fine.

Well, when I first went to check in, I was having trouble checking in because my card kept declining and then finally it went through so I don’t know if it’s because you guys are using outdated merchant machines or what but that was very discouraging in the beginning. I didn’t like the pool area it needs to be rehabilitated. It wasn’t clean and the fixtures were broken..

I stayed for one night prior to my cruise from Bayonne. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. You have a microwave, a coffee maker and a safety box. Check in lady was amazing and helped us with directions and everything, I think her name was Anna. She even came up to my room to operate the coffee machine. Check out was easy and smooth. location is just off the road so you can't get lost. Many restaurants are nearby. Parking was free. Breakfast was mostly dry items with some scrambled eggs and it was really good, believe me you won't need more than this. Overall I loved the hotel, just wish I could've caught it on a lower rate.

The wifi was a little difficult in my room as if it didnt reach my room. I thought the pool would be deeper than 3 ft. But other than that i truly have no complaints the staff was extremely pleasant, the room was beyond clean and the breakfast was delicious

It was easy find. We had cleaning service every day. Breakfast was good. Some of the employees were extremely kind.

The coffee machine wasn’t working. We asked for help and they brought a different one that was very dirty. The pool was pure Clorox. My kids were looking forward to it and unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer than a couple of minutes because of how strong the smell was.

My family and I traveled to watch the Indoor Track and Field Championships. The Hotel was a perfect location and easy to get to. The hotel was very clean the staff was super nice. Breakfast was exceptional. There are a lot of places to eat close by for dinner. There is also a Dunkin Donuts

there wasn;t anything that I did not like.

We stay here often with our kids so they can use the pool and enjoy the breakfast in the morning. We’ve never had a bad experience! The staff is always super friendly, the hotel is always clean & the breakfast is a 10/10. The hotel is close to so many things and shares a parking lot with dunkin’ donuts so if you don’t care for the free breakfast option you have something else within walking distance.

Though grossly understaffed the staff remained exceedingly kind attentive and helpful.

Other guests were loud and rude. Someone was smoking weed on the fourth floor because it could be smelled down the hall and in other rooms. This should have been addressed and those guests ejected from the property immediately

Location is close to the airport and NYC. The continental breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and reliable. The rooms are clean and modern.

The freeway noise was loud from 5am to 5pm. I wasn't able to open the window to allow fresh air in. I could sometimes hear people in the room next door.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good.

Pool was a murky white color and cold so decided not to use it. Hot tub was out of service. Pancake machine was out of service in the kitchenette. Couldn't sleep because you can hear everything in the hallways. Doors kept slamming throughout the evening.
