The room scores high points for cleanliness, space and amenities. Upon arrival, I was unsure of what to expect, as there is an adjacent restaurant/bar that had some patrons milling about out front who seemed to be drunk and were a bit loud. The property is on a busy road and we were thankful to have been placed in the rear of the building. The hotel is pet friendly and the fee for a dog was fairly reasonable ($35). Areas to walk our dog were easily accessible to where our room was located. We were also able to park near the entrances closest to our room. The outdoor area surrounding the building needed some attention, as there were a lot of cigarette butts and trash on the ground. Our room was quiet and comfortable, and for our purposes (one night stay while traveling), it was quite suitable.

The property is extremely clean including the gym, the business center and outside. Everything is virtually spotless. It smells wonderful throughout the hotel. There’s a nice restaurant connected to it. Every single staff member works very hard and is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the hazlet area. The rooms are also extremely comfortable and spacious

Vee at the desk, she was super nice and offered us water and breakfast bar uppn check out, very cool of her and the other gentleman was so nice too. Answered any questions we had. Room was very clean and they supply nice toiletries. Walls are a little thin so you hear your neighbors, but I've yet to find a hotel in that price range that doesn't have thin walls. Well worth the money. Great location. The swimming pool was clean. New restaurant wasn't open yet but the bar was and that was handy for pool drinks. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

The vending machines are too expensive in my opinion, and I got a bag of m&m's that looked like they were from the dinosaur age...ugh. The lobby is very nice, and it's nice that they have beverages available, however, I would recommend water with fruit or cucumber instead of over sweetened Country Time lemonade. When we were checking in the police were there chasing a naked homeless man around the hotel. Luckily they got him.

What breakfast charges extra $4 for a tiny cup of coffee. Food Ok, but not worth $10 if coffee is extra charge. Would not do again !!

No umbrellas in pool area, some of us can’t sit in the sun all day. Mattress sagged in the middle. Overpriced for a Sunday because of the end of holiday weekend.

Staff cleaned room and made bed every day

Hard Mattress could not get comfortable. Room very nice and quiet. Only 1 elevator so if you have a hard time walikng up stairs let them know. I would stay here again.

We were very happy with the hotel. The personnel were very helpful. The facility itself was clean and relatively modern. We were very surprised at how nice it was!

all the rooms don t have closed caption on the tvs. I have never been to a hotel where they didn t have close caption . I believe it is a law that hotels must offer it . I am deaf in one ear and have used closed caption for at least 25 years . they told me only the new tvs have closed caption . the tvs looked all the same . I believe any tv can have closed caption as long as you have cable. they are all flat screen so they can t be that old . I was upstate in a cabin last year and they had one of those big old tvs snd it had closed caption on it . they did find a tv snd brought it to my room . but for the future I dont want to go through that waiting for hours to get comfortable.

The location was great, the room was nice & clean, and parking plentiful.

It's too short of a stay to list anything negative. Overall, it was a great experience.
