⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Extended Stay America Red Bank Middleton Suites was truly wonderful! As a family-friendly hotel, it offered everything we needed during a challenging time. The two queen bed suite with a kitchen was perfect for our family of five — two adults and three children. The kitchens are a little worn but fully functional, which made meal prep easy. Laundry facilities on-site were a huge help for us, allowing us to keep up with washing clothes hassle-free. The grab-and-go breakfast isn’t hot but includes coffee, muffins, and other quick items, which was convenient for busy mornings. The entire facility is kept clean, and we appreciated the plenty of extra towels, sheets, and supplies provided. What made our stay exceptional was the amazing staff—from the owner and general manager down to the overnight desk staff—they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. As a 100% disabled Marine veteran displaced due to a major flood, traveling with my family during a tough time, their kindness made all the difference. The kids had a great time and felt safe roaming the hallways. The hotel is currently updating rooms and interiors, so while some areas still feel a bit outdated, it’s clear improvements are underway. We did notice a few odd guests here and there, but that’s to be expected anywhere you go. Our room was on the first floor with windows that opened to let in fresh air, and the air conditioning worked really well. The nights were quiet, and we all slept soundly. Overall, a fantastic stay with great staff and family-friendly amenities—we highly recommend Extended Stay America Red Bank Middleton Suites!

The price could be a bit cheaper for what it is , due to it being a little outdated , but overall I loved everything pretty much ! Wouldn’t complain

First, the staff at the desk were great. Always asked us how things were and if we needed anything. Room was clean, bathroom great, plenty of hot water. Overall, it's just a nice place to stay plus accepting our dog. People with dogs know how difficult it is to travel with them. At the opposite end of the state in Cape May we have a wonderful B &B we go to that also accepts pets. If we're heading back to Red Bank this is the place we'll stay. Also great location. The only thing I would recommend is a grab bar entering/ exciting the bath/shower.

I have frequented this location several times prior. My first day here in Red/ Middletown/ Lincroft, New Jersey was as usual, covered all aspects as usual. Most importantly I felt very safe here! Maintenance quickly helped me to figure out the AC and the TV (again). The TV definition quality was (HD) very sharp and clear as well as the volume! The housekeeping staff, as well, were very efficient; all areas of the rooms were very clean! The bedding and pillows were very comfortable and easily exceeded my expectations! The bathroom was very clean, and necessities such as toilet paper and tissues were or plentiful. The room itself was attractive with a comfortable easy chair, desk and comfy rolling desk chair. The dressers had more than enough room for my belongings. The refrigerator was clean and kept my food and beverages very cold. The microwave was clean and worked very well! The room came with four big comfy towels, two medium size washcloths and two smaller wash cloths of good quality.; with no issues getting clean towels upon request as needed! All the representatives at the front desk greeted me with a smile and very patient when I checked in. Any representative from any shift sincerely asked me if there were anything I needed just to ask. There was very little noise in the hallways and I could not hear any traffic from my room;quiet and serene to say the least! As usual the entire staff went above and beyond! Anytime I ran into a staff member no matter what their job here was I was greeted with the fine hello! Thank you all for a very nice and pleasant day! John F.

As always a staff were very professional,very friendly. And above and beyond in any capacity to help make my stay as good as it possibly could be! That was completely satisfied with the rooms; bed was awesome and comfortable comfortable! The microwave and refrigerator we're in great condition! And of course and the heat wave in New Jersey the AC was impeccable! Thank you again for a great day! The staff will very professional yet very friendly and a few of them went above and beyond to call of duty in other words they did more than I asked for and it will please do it also the housekeeping staff were great! Even the gentleman that took care of the facilities as far as maintenance etc was also very friendly and very kind! Thank you for a great trip, John!

Very pleased nothing to complain about I loved I could do my laundry there and the room was really nice and the AC worked great as the refrigerator and the microwave comfortable bed and very quiet that's really important to me place where it's quiet how long would all the other great things see staff has done to me there!!

I have stayed here at the Red Bank extended and I have to say every time I stay here it's a very pleasant staff very very quiet and the bed in the room is really comfortable and beautiful as well as the maintenance staff and others that are involved in the workings and maintenance of this building thank you so much John Finn

All all is well, nothing at all to. not like

A lovely hotel. I checked in November 10th at 330 and the sweetest woman was working the desk. Super helpful and so soooo nice. I was unhappy when her shift was over b/c I tried to order utensils that they said could be brought to your room and he was annoyed and unfriendly and said I had to pick them up. Other friends came and checked in and whomever was working after that lovely woman was NOT welcoming. The room was super clean and the bed was THE MOST COMFY bed I've ever slept in. Would Def go back but not with the other front desk guy who was just so unpleasant. But I loved the room.

I did not appreciate the front desk dude who was obviously annoyed I called and asked for utensils. It was super clear he was mad we made any requests

The rooms were clean & well maintained, and their laundry facilities were top knotch. I've stayed here before and these things plus their location is key to me, since it's easier to get to doctor's appointments & the local shopping centers without effort.

Early check ins would be great. Sometimes, we can't check in at 3pm and may be able to come into a hotel after 12am or in the early morning hours. Priority Check In is an idea the franchise should consider.

Location was perfect.

Breakfast accommodation could have been better. Packaged muffins and coffee was basic Maybe have tea or orange juice or fruit in the lobby.

I like the fact that there was a light breakfast available daily & the location was great for me because it made it getting to major shopping areas & appointments much easier. I also loved the comfortability of the room, specifically the bed & shower because I am disabled and it allowed me to sleep & clean comfortably without worrying about falling.
